I recently used Wayne-Val for the first time on a recommendation, and will definitely use them again. They worked well within my budget to repair rear-end damage to my minivan, so that I have a safe and functional vehicle. Joe provided wonderful customer service, kept me updated on the process and cost estimates and did a great job on the repair. The rear looks better than it did before I was hit! Thanks so much Joe!

I had to have the font side panel replaced on a 2016 Camry. They were able to match the color perfectly and did an excellent replacement job at the quoted price. They also buffed out the scratches on the car and returned it to us looking like a new car.

Grate people, but the work dont last long even after having them redo it. I gave them their last chance, then now I'll have to go the other route so I can get my truck done right between paint cracking off too stuff not staying where it belongs and my steering wheel still isn't straight from when my truck was hit.

A couple weeks ago another driver backed in to me, his insurance needs a quote. His insurance gave me their Selected Businesses but my mom used Wayne-Val @ her work & highly recommended them. Plus I am always a supporter of local/small business. On my way home I noticed the time and thought I would pop in to ask for an estimate appointment. I entered the office to owner Joe & told him what I would be requesting. Joe kindly suggested we step outside and estimate the damage. I showed him the few small defects; he noted that the headlight placement had been damaged and that likely all repairs would be roughly $2100. I asked if they did loaner cars during the repair? They do not, but if it's the other persons insurance they should allow a rental car. I discussed the "Selected Service Shops" the insurance had suggested. He stated that those places are usually commission based and that Wayne-Val is just him, his wife & brother-in-law compared to larger shops that are 20+ associates. I feel confident in leaving my vehicle w Wayne-Val and will do another yelp/update this one once I have actually had my vehicle repaired. I appreciated that Joe quoted me a realistic 19 February as what I'd be looking at for a service date. I mostly appreciated that Joe told me some of the questions that the insurance may ask, such as: do I approve used parts? He said I don't have to say yes and he wouldn't recommend used parts and it could only save insurance a couple hundred dollars. Thanks Wayne-Val for a wonderful and knowledgeable customer service experience!

I'll never go anywhere else for auto body work, and will keep referring people here. They are down-to-earth and will give you a fair price no matter the situation. They'll even help you deal with the insurance companies if needed. I've had to use them a few times over the years, and each time my car has come back looking good as new! They're a hidden gem, and family-owned.

I was involved in a car accident in the Twin Cities, a 4 hour drive from home. By coincidence and a little luck, I had my car towed to Wayne-Val Auto Body. I couldn't have been more impressed with the way my claim was handle. They were honest, good people who communicated well with my insurance company (and me), and had my car ready to go in the timeframe they initially gave me.
