I felt this Branch used to be a good rest to go to they had a good manager at one time the manager they had on the day I went in yesterday her name was Mickey she never greeted me she act like I wasn't there two other people that work there Trinidad and parsa did the same thing the only one that did treat me right after I waited about a half an hour a gentleman named David waited on me.

Wells Fargo ATM ate my check and I have received no response to correct it. I have called this branch many times and my call was not answered. Poor customer service.

My wife and I over the road truck drivers opened two accounts at this Wells Fargo office in July 2023 one personal one business.
Charles who's no longer there praise be to God and Christ, made absolutely sure we felt comfortable and secure our hard earned money was in a great place.
Two months later we found our business account was closed by Trinidad j Ortiz.
As OTR drivers we visited this branch when we were in town only to have Mr. Ortiz tell us because we weren't able to meet his appointment time's he out his own mouth said : he had our business account closed.
Mind you without our authorization or even considering calling or emailing us his concerns over our account.
We had had both our accounts sent to our PO box in Saint Paul for security reasons and we were no longer at this address.
Mr. Ortiz made a decision without our authorization to send the balance of the business account to our old address and not our PO box as we instructed.
Our balance from the business account was compromised and cashed at Chase Bank on Grand Ave Saint Paul.
We walked in wells Fargo office we opened our account to receive the worst business and personal service we could have ever imagined.
Mr. Ortiz didn't welcome us offer us refreshments not even an apology of his miss handling of our hard earned money.
This is where our nightmare and the runaround begins.
His words : I told you to be at this branch at set time, mind you we're OTR truck drivers.
No email of his concerns for our account to suggest maybe we could visit and Wells Fargo office in our travels.
So we were told we for fill out claims form to recover our losses.
Only to both Mr Ortiz and Ma Keith branch manager to tell us: they will mail us the claims form to our PO box this may take two to three days to receive.
My wife and I could not afford to wait three days for the claims form, so staying in Apple Valley during or time off, we visited the Wells Fargo office in Apple Valley only to be told they ; Mr Ortiz and Ma Keith could have printed the claim forms for our funds to be recovered.
This gets worse.
Not only we for fill what they requested and also started conversation between Chace Bank , Chace Bank return our check back to Wells Fargo office and the Wells Fargo manager we spoken with told us and them to make a cashier's check for our losses.
Once again we were given the run around and left bank without our money.
Mind you not only we filled their requirements for move on we brought police report and forms for this identity theft.
Once again ma Keith the branch manager and Mr Ortiz refused to issue our losses.
Now after we were told we were to receive our losses at our return to Wells Fargo office now they agreed both to tell my wife and I we now have to wait three months and our funds.
My wife and I are once again OTR truck drivers so we trusted them both that our funds will be returned to us.
Mind you my wife and I have other accounts at different locations not Wells Fargo let me add that.
We went on with lives as most adults do trusting this institution to honest and upstanding to keep their words only to find out they or not an institution of honesty and integrity.
Now it's over a year my wife and I completely forgot about the funds we were to receive on our behalf so we're home going through our PO box Mail still no check from Wells Fargo.
No it's December 2024 we revised the Wells Fargo office off of Grand Ave only to back told they used our business funds for our personal account.

I received a call/voicemail from someone, but the only things I could clearly understand were "Wells Fargo" and "Fraud Detection." The rest of the message was too fast, including the case number, phone number, and name. I realize I’m not a native speaker, but I listened to it six times and still couldn’t get any more information due to the poor call quality and how fast they were speaking.
I tried calling my local branch three times—around noon, 2 PM, and 4:30 PM. After waiting 5-10 minutes each time and following the prompts, all three calls ended with, "No one is available to answer your call, goodbye."
I’ve been a loyal Wells Fargo customer for 18 years, but I still don’t know what the fraud alert was about, and I feel the phone customer service could be much better.

I was treated extremely well by everyone at this branch, will definitely come back to this WF location. I had a putzy issue that took a lot of work to fix and the staff helped me through it.
I understand complaining about long lines, or stupid corporate policies that these workers have no control of. But it’s way more significant to me that folks working at a bank are smart and professional - which they were. Thanks!

Bad service, those who attend the checkouts are very poorly educated and do not do their best to understand that Hispanics try to understand English and they must speak more slowly or repeat what they say without bothering. In the end they didn't solve anything for me.

More often than not the line is to the door and they are understaffed. Be prepared for at least 20-30 minute wait for a teller. There were also tellers who “can’t deal with cash” which is absurd because they WORK AT A BANK. I will do anything to avoid having to go inside (do online banking or us the ATM) but sometimes I have no choice but to stand in a line whose length rivals that of any roller coaster at Disney Land.
