Bad service, those who attend the checkouts are very poorly educated and do not do their best to understand that Hispanics try to understand English and they must speak more slowly or repeat what they say without bothering. In the end they didn't solve anything for me.

More often than not the line is to the door and they are understaffed. Be prepared for at least 20-30 minute wait for a teller. There were also tellers who “can’t deal with cash” which is absurd because they WORK AT A BANK. I will do anything to avoid having to go inside (do online banking or us the ATM) but sometimes I have no choice but to stand in a line whose length rivals that of any roller coaster at Disney Land.

This place has a desolate "going out of business" vibe. There is a cop stationed inside, police car in the parking lot. No one greets you when you walk in. There are unobtrusive signs telling you to scan a QR code to get in line to see a banker. (I only noticed the signs after I was sitting down; a teller had put me in the line for a banker.) After maybe 15? minutes of waiting (an older gentleman had been sitting 30 minutes with no help), I only got assistance by insisting that the teller tell me how long the wait was going to be; this magically opened up an available banker. While I sat waiting, I looked online for how to make a complaint to Wells Fargo. The only option provided is to call, or to talk to a banker in person. The banker told me this process would take 5 additional minutes. I passed on the opportunity, hoping that would lead to some of the people behind me in line having a shorter wait.Every interaction I have with this bank makes me think about switching. It's time to finally do that.

I’ve tried to call to talk with an actual person and no one ever answers. I just get the automated “Branch employees are currently assisting other customers.” Really? This automation of customer service will be the downfall of civilization.

Nightmare experience this morning. I went in to open a substantial savings account. There was only 1 person working and 5 empty employee cubicles (with employee names but no employees). There were 2 people ahead of me waiting to be helped. When the 1 person came out to talk to me I was told that I needed an appointment and that someone was “running late”. I walked out and went into Bank of America where I was helped immediately. Completely different customer service experience.

Always very busy, probably understaffed, Staff is not helpful they just try to pass you off to someone else, not well managed. I understand the difficulties of being busy but there is no excuse for not being gracious and organizing to reduce the impact on customers. Someone needs to be in charge and set up the organization. I have run a business for 30 years, it can be done.

Need to use this bank for a business. Never enough tellers more bankers then tellers. Line is almost always long and slow moving. They need to bring back a commercial teller to help move things along. Not say my time is more valuable. But when you are running a business and time is precious it make it hard to plan around a bank run. I usually have to give my self a hour or more break in the day to make the run. Will say only up side is most the staff is friendly.

Terrible service, my husband requested a copy of all income by check and they only gave him a copy of a check that he issued, bad attitude from the staff. The best option is to change banks, I will never recommend Wells Fargo

I have always had good service here. I’ve been a patron for over five years and have found that everyone is efficient, kind and knowledgeable. If I do ever have to wait for service, which isn’t often, the staff try to be as accommodating as possible offering coffee. My only complaint is the hours, but I think that my complaint about hours can apply to most banks.

They do not answer the phone. How can I get a question answered? I guess I try here? We need something notarized but need to know we can do so on a specific day. Can I be confident there will be a notary present during open hours without making an appointment?
