My family has been banking here 50+ years under Western Bank. Since they changed to American National, its been poor customer service and being bled dry in fees. My mom is 94 years old and she is being charged $5 a month for a paper statement. You are charged checking fees if your balance is below $50 even though there is money in the account. Take your business somewhere else.

Do not even try to open a local checking / savings account the staff can be testy at times they wanted a $2500. Minimum balance and @ 500.00 a week saving account . Drive thru is a challenge it empties on to Rice Street . Grounds and parking are a waste of space . There is an aire of being accosted in the area .they will skirt the A.W.D.A by requiring a $ 50.00 Check cashing fee from any entitlement checks coming in. The Management teamVery ineffective and very by the book. As of right now 01/01/2021 walk up isA A.T.M see.s that they have abandoned this location

Policy violates state and federal protections against the disabled by refusing to open accounts for newly disabled. They cost me 50 dollars to cash a check that by law they are required to cash, federal disability check, then refused to open a account to allow me to deposit it under the same excuse.If you respect the rights of the disabled and minorities, please find a different bank.
