I have had my vehicles repaired several times at Windys including rust repair, leaking gas t
ank replacement, broken mirror replacement and most recently minor collision repair. They have done excellent work. They have stuck to their original estimates and completed the work in a timely matter. They are friendly service oriented, completed the work timely and professionally.

Windy’s Collision Center deserves five stars in every category. They were extremely pleasant to work with, and the front end repairs they made on my car are above my expectations. They also detailed both inside and outside. It looks and smells like brand new. I would give Windy’s my highest recommendation.

On 6/1/24 my vehicle was hit by a drunk driver. The vehicle was towed to Windys Collision center to be repaired. They were a State Farm preferred auto body shop. We were told the vehicle would be ready on a certain date only for that date to change several times. We live out of state so we would need to fly back to MN to get the vehicle. On 7/2 we picked up our vehicle. On 7/3 multiple warning indicators appeared. Windy’s was closed due to the holiday so We then had the vehicle towed to a Toyota dealership. Upon inspection, the vehicle fuel tank was leaking vapors due to being installed incorrectly. The vehicle is leaking fluids from the new rear axel seals. Either of these issues could have caused a fault accident! The Toyota dealership is having to redo most of the work mechanical done by Windy’s.

I had such a wonderful experience with Windy's Collision! After experiencing an accident, I brought my car to a couple of shops for an estimate, and had by far the best experience with Windy's. Jim and John were both incredibly respectful and kind, they communicated so well throughout the process, and they went above and beyond to make my vehicle look great. I couldn't be happier!

So far so good with the insurance process
Update: So I just picked up my car and I got to tell you, they did a great job. The fixed everything and my car looks brand new. Not only did they fix it, they cleaned it! Customer service and communication was great. Do keep in mind they are always busy, so have little patience and they will take care of you.
