“Not sure what’s going on with the reviews, but there IS a bank here, the lobby is OPEN and… honestly have no idea what’s going on with the reviewer who claimed they got the hamburger wrong.
It’s a Bremer. They are a bank and all that that entails. Hey, they’re not Wells Fargo and what more can you ask for.”

“Bank Cherokee is doing just fine they're not falling apart you don't have to wait forever for them to answer the phones if you're concerned about a wait time then call when they first open in the morning rather than waiting during a busy time, they closed the lobby on Grand Ave because of sketchy activities that have been taken place in that area now”

“We came in on a Saturday, early afternoon. We got their later than we had meant to, and even though it was a bit of a process, Aida worked with us to accomplish what we wanted to do. She was quick, professional, friendly, and gave us all the information we needed to be confident with our financial decisions, even though it was late in her shift and the bank was beginning to close, she did a wonderful job. She was great to work with. Great service.”

“Denise, Cathy, Sarah, and the nice gentleman who let me in when the lobby was locked, thank you so much for providing great service! So Denise and Cathy are at the other BankCherokee location and they explained to me about reactivating my savings account. Denise went above and beyond and called me again to let me know an easier way to reactive my account. I visited the BankCherokee up North and they were so nice in helping me with the activation! I highly recommend this bank! :)”
