“When I need exhaust work done there's nowhere else I want to go. This guy is so down to earth, and gets things fixed simply, cost effective, and quickly. Nothing fancy in this shop so don't expect coffee or shiny chairs to sit in. If you expect that, then you probably can afford to go somewhere else where they might replace things instead of doing a simple inexpensive repair. Dude does honest work that I have found and will tell you what might need to be done later but can wait.”
“Honesty and Integrity. The two things I look for in any type of shop or business. Todd is both of these. Over the past 15+ years our family has gone to Auto Performance Center. NOT one single time did we feel pressured into more work than was actually needed. For example I recently had what I believed was a powersteering pump failure (not being a mechanic i was wrong) within the same day Todd was able to determine it was actually a rear valve cover gasket failure. he quoted me to fix the issue. never was pressured for further work since top portion of engine would be exposed. I electively (without pressure) asked him to also do plugs and let me know if anything else needed to be done. His perspective is realistic. An old vehicle like mine has a goal of simply being mechanically sound... NOT perfect and he does a great job fixing it to that point . Would recommend Auto performance to All my family and friends especially for older vehicle work!”

“D & B Auto Body was recommended to me by another automotive repair business in St. Cloud for a complex problem - a door lock actuator. I was concerned about the issue because it sounded like it was coming from more than one door and was an expensive fix for just one door. They performed an analysis of the problem and determined which door it was coming from. They fixed the actuator and the door locks are working great now! “Mitch was great to work with. He took the time to try and get my daughters car fixed. He would call before he was gonna get the part to see if she wanted it to be fixed. Ultimately, we towed the car to Rice Automotive, and they were nothing short of amazing to work with.
In the end, we needed all new tires, and I had them check the brakes. The rears required to be replaced. They were more than accommodating and helped me get my son's car back on track.
My son's sergeant came to pick him up because they had to go on a ruck, and understandably, they couldn’t wait. So Rice Automotive was more than accommodating to help me get things straight.
I might never be able to use them again, but if I did, I’d call them in a second.”

“Hi had reds rebuild an alternator for me and test the second alternator on my diesel pick up after the big box parts stores told me both were junk it was going to cost me $700 to replace. They rebuilt the one for $200 and told me there was nothing wrong with the second one I highly recommend their honesty. I did have to wait a day for them to get the parts to rebuild it but the cost savings in their openness and honesty is worth the wait.I cannot express how much I truly appreciate the store”
