They sold the escape I was looking at even though I called them and told them I wanted to test drive it. I told them that I would be there on Thursday (the call was on Wednesday). I drove an hour and a half to get there 30 mins after they open. Just to find out that they sold it... not one phone call telling me that they sold it the night before. Super unprofessional.

I saw a F150 King Ranch on Carfax and after speaking to Tony and getting some additional photos and a video I purchased it over the phone. Tony and Heather were both great to work with, they even helped me get it shipped to North Carolina. Thanks to you both, I live this truck.
