It's understandable that you're out of pizza, but the guy was a bit rude to us for asking a simple question. Recommend avoiding this station.

6:30 pm on a Friday night there should ALWAYS be pizza available by the slice at any Casey's - especially one like this that right off the interstate. But more times than not, this one is out. Sure, that make sense at 11pm or 4am, but mid to late day? Come on...it's one of the main reasons to stop.
And wow.....clean the bathrooms!

The pizza is good but... don't order on the app, if they say the pizza is going to be done at a certain time, add 30 minutes to that time. On January 23, 2024, I arrived at the store 5-10 minutes after the app said my order should have been completed. I ended up waiting over 20 minutes for my order to finish, they hadn't even put some of it in the cooker yet. Today, March 13, 2024, similar story but worse... family is in a tight timeline tonight, I figure I'll give them another chance. The app said my food would be ready around 3:38pm, I arrived at 3:44pm, and they hadn't even started my 3 pizza order. I finally walked out of there at 4:05pm. I imagine people use the app and their service for the convenience so to save you grief, based on my two experiences in 2024, please add at least 30 minutes to your supposed pick up time, as you plan your evening... or go elsewhere.

2nd time we've ordered pizza online and it's not ready when the app says it will be. Last time it was 1 hour from order time and this time it's been 45 minutes, 15 minutes passed when the app said it would be ready and I was told they're starting my order after the next one... either need to staff more people or fix the app to show proper ready time. They just say it's a rush, sorry. Not offered any kind of coupon or refund. Ridiculous! This time it was 50 minutes passed when it said it would be ready. On positive note I received a free dessert item and a sincere apology.

I've been ordering from here since moving to the area 3 years ago, never had a problem. No problems, until tonight. I ordered and payed online, came in and was told someone stopped in and canceled the order under my name. I understand if you're short staffed and didn't have time to make my pizza, but I do NOT appreciate being lied to. No one other than my wife and kids knew I ordered pizza, so it seems very unlikely someone canceled a order in my name. I will be keeping an eye on my account for the funds to be returned to my account.

Went in 9-30-23, 5pm. No lids for coffee cups, at all. OK, it happens,. Went to counter to pay for a few items and met with very cold cashier. Friendly to her friends ahead of me, but very short when I stepped up to counter. I don't understand why. What happened to the cordial/friendly Sandstone Casey's that I've been dealing with the last few years? It all changed in the last couple of months and I don't like it.

This review is based on their chicken wings, and pizza.Their "bone in chicken" with ranch dip is super! Very good quality chicken, with a crisp coating.The hamburger pizza with onion on a thin crust is very well made in my opinion. Excellent!

Relatively clean. The employees are kind and however the manager i think, is rude. He was yelling at an employee while I was there with my family. Then scolded me like a child after I threw away a bag of trash (I already have gotten the okay from multiple other employees from previous times and this time).Its good to have a small town gas station when there is kindness.

Got there are 5:02. 3 employees surrounded in a cloud of tobacco smoke. Priorities I guess.I won't come here anymore. I'll just make my own coffee.
