Very disappointed, paid $150.22 to have flowers delivered to my wife at work for our 37th anniversary, they called her over an hour before they delivered them to let her know they are coming, great surprise, I have never had this happen before, their response was, “of course we called, we’re not wasting gas to go all of the way to Hinckley and find out she’s not there”, no apology, then when they delivered them they thought they’d be funny and told my wife to “act surprised” when she got home, I paid $150.22 for this and they ruined the surprise over the possible risk of $10 in gas money. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Excellent service, beautiful arrangement, and all within 30 minutes of my phone order! We needed an arrangement to pick up fast as we were headed to meet our first grandbaby. Jen and Joani made our special day very fun with the perfect ideas and service! 3 weeks later, and the flowers are still BEAUTIFUL!!! All their visitors have been complimenting them on the beautiful arrangement! We are customers for life!!!

Friendly staff and a cute store with a little bit of everything from hand made products from locals to floral items and fudge! Easy access from the road and a must stop when your in town! Will visit again next time Im on town!

A great friend wanted to SURPRISE me with flowers for my birthday. The gal who did the flowers saw me outside of Cheri's and stated she knew I had a birthday coming up because she does flowers at Cheri's. "That's all I am going to say" as she kept repeating that statement. When the person sending the flowers called her on the phone to let her know it was supposed to be a surprise,the gal kept talking over her. I think this was horrible. She ruined not only my surprise but that from the sender as well. I will probably get my flowers somewhere else in the future.

Super cute place ? seems like part thrifty craft store, part gift shop, part fudge shop. Found some great books for the kids, some crafty things for myself, and ended with ice cream for us all. Great place ?
