I had to give up on this pharmacy seemed like they never had my prescriptions ready when they should. and took it upon themselves to limit my one prescription to a 30 day supply even though it was ordered as a 90 day supply

Picked up prescription of potassium for mother in law. Technician took name and date of birth scanned med. Left and checked med it was a totally different name and it was for clotrimazole inserts how does that even happen!! Scary to me as my mother in law is elderly

I would literally drive past the Sandstone Thrifty White to go to their Hinckley location. Unfortunately the Thrifty White in Hinckley closed unexpectedly and my prescriptions were transferred to Sandstone. The Sandstone location is abysmal and I loath having my prescriptions filled here. The wait times are ridiculous. If they tell you they'll be ready by a certain time, they won't be. The only saving grace are the friendly staff who probably deal with a plethora of frustrated patients.

Decided to change my review. There was some misunderstanding on my prescriptions. I got a call from the manager and we got it cleared up promptly. They even helped me save some money on my prescription. Very friendly

I’ve given this pharmacy the benefit of the doubt SO many times but it truly is just horrendous. If there was any place closer to get my meds, I would. They have given me half of my medication and charged me the full amount at least 3 times, given me wrong dosages of things, and constantly force you to wait days for medications. The workers don’t know enough to help you and don’t care at all that their pharmacy is constantly messing up. I had my doctor send a medication prescription though on a wednesday afternoon and when I went to pick it up on thursday afternoon, they had just then realized they needed to order it. If they would’ve ordered it the day they got it, maybe I would get it before the weekend came but no, they made me just sit with an infection for around 5 days until they got it for me. If you need a pharmacy that you’re not going to have to argue with and double check every single time you pick up a prescription, don’t go here.

They take up to 14 days to complete a prescription. I have called to check the status of a prescription and have been told that it is sitting on the shelf for a week instead of being mailed out as I have requested. Another time I called a week after I had requested a refill and they hadn't even started to fill my prescription. Another time I was mailed a bottle of pills that was for someone I didn't even know, talk about a hippa violation! Another time they filled a prescription and mailed it to me that I hadn't requested. My Doctor had discontinued that medication. I went to return the med and get a refund, only to find out that they wouldn't give me a refund since it had been mailed out. So I had to pay for their mistake and I had to pay for a med I couldn't use!
