“Have just moved back into the area and O'Reilly's is in the neighborhood. Man ... am I glad they are. Needed a brake light for my Jeep Liberty. It was in stock and Teri has me out the door in minutes !!!However, when I got home and went to do the replacement of the bulb ... It turned out that the light's module was toast.Went back in and Teri and Gabe once again found the part and I was out the door once again.I decided to replace the module and light bulb right there in the parking lot. It's typically a 10-15 minute repair.However, it didn't work as I had hoped. Good thing I never left the parking lot. Teri asked Mike for assistance and Mike discovered that the connection was a bit covered over by the module burning far to hot.Mike ... pull's out his knife, clears out the burnt plastic and out the door I went and 10 minutes later I'm driving home !What a "Top Shelf" customer service group you have at this O'Reilly's ... There are name's not mentioned here, but there's absolutely only great customer serviceThey will truly be my go to for all auto parts needed.”
