“Marie is their best worker, most friendly and most helpful. I always look forward to seeing her spunky little self. Always see her so busy, but I know if I need help she will stop what she is doing to help me out. If I ask what their specials or sales are she very informative.
This storm does seem to struggle with keeping up on their stocking of shelves, and keeping bathroom's clean. Could be a problem like to many new employees and maybe not being trained in right or maybe just don't like taking pride in their jobs. I think they all could take a few pointers from that lovely gal Marie, she really seems to enjoy her job and gives this place a friendly store to shop at.
I haven't seen a lot of her lately, I hope she ok.
I will still continue to shop here, always hoping to see Marie. She's definitely a keeper. I don't think this place would make it with our her. I also don't think I would continue to shop here if I knew she didn't work here anymore, she's why I chose to shop here instead of Walmart or other stores sometimes.

“I love Dollar general everyone at this establishment is so kind so respectful and they always have such amazing energy and good auras to them and I just love going there I used to be very antisocial but now have gone into Dollar general multiple times and they've made me feel comfortable now I feel comfortable going into other stores and you know I just have them to thank for that because they've always been so supportive and so nice and they deserve more than five stars ?? by the way the products for the granola came out amazing and the granola was phenomenal you guys are always have the best ingredients for things I need to make or for meals I need my goal is to one day work there stay awesome ?”

“Unlike most dollar trees I've been to this one has friendly staff who know where the product is and keep the shelves stocked. I've been to many others who have stuff scattered all over. This one is an anomaly and well managed. There are low income apartments a few blocks away so I'm sure it's not an easy store to keep up. They are unfortunately short staffed like everyone but they are always busy and yet find a way to keep shelves stocked and put items back where they belong. Also they aren't afraid to open another register if lines get long. Other stores just let the one person slowly check people out while the other employees talk about customers. So this is one dollar tree I highly recommend. Don't let the dirty exterior fool you. They did have a vacant store for years next to them so trash would float to their lot. The only spot room for improvement is needed is that exterior. It's always littered with trash. This is their own doing tho. Well maybe. The outside trash can was gone one day when I stopped in. This was about 2yrs ago. Since then the trash in the lot started. It might have been stolen or destroyed or they were sick of emptying it. It always had peoples big house bag garbage in it. So I could see the owner or management at the time take it away. Well then people just throw their garbage outside which is sad. I don't think it is the same manager now as it was when the outside garbage disappeared. I'll maybe ask the next time I'm there and see the manager. She's a nice lady. And if you need a job I believe they pay competitively and probably don't expect much from seeing other stores! I'd consider it part time if I was closer and if my self employment wasn't taking all my time.

Bring me a quote from a shop or call and I guarantee I'll beat it and do a better job! I might take a little longer but the quality and price you pay is worth it. I will say if you're not patient please don't bring me a bigger job! This is just temporary until I get my shop done and ready for service. I have plenty of referrals that speak on my service!

I don't always get to my voice-mail and sometime they just plain don't show up! So it's best practice to text after or before calling or we can just text back and forth only. This info later gets imputed into the shop software that includes vehicle information and your information. Best to text at least why you're calling if you have an out of the area number! I try to answer all calls or call back but it doesn't always work out that way. Text, email, or call 24/7. I will reply asap. If you're broke down and need imitate assistance call, text that you need mobile mechanic, and I'll call back or text if you prefer. It's good practice to drop a pin for your location so I will be directed right to you and can give you a better eta. 24/7 mobile mechanic on duty. After hrs rates do apply if call is after 8pm or before 6am. If I can fix it on the side of the road I will. If I need to move it I can. If you want to leave the vehicle with me and get a ride home or to a hotel I can arrange an employee to come with and get you where you'd like to go! No matter the distance. We've shuttled people back home to Iowa. It isn't cheap but we can get you where you need to be anywhere in the USA. Your vehicle can also be brought to wherever you'd like in the USA! I will give you an estimate before the trip to make sure you're comfortable with the arrangement. If drop off”

“This store is very nice. I remember when it was destroyed from a fire. They built ground up. The only thing I didn't like is there is only 1 cashier. They need atleast 2.”

“It's a bit crowded in terms of everything that they have and such a small store, but I really like the small-town convenience. The cashiers have always been really friendly and helpful. The prices are actually comparable to places like Aldi and Walmart for some products. I love that it's within walking distance.”
