This place is awful. It is the worst management company to ever stand on the face of this earth and Michelle is the rudest human being to stand on this earth. All I’m saying is do not live here if you want complications and nothing but disrespect from these people they call management.

Do not rent from any of their properties. The company is despicable, Michelle is a terrible representative of any company and not a good person in general. Multiple police calls and reports because of the felons upstairs for drugs and fighting yet she did nothing and ignored my complaints so I was forced to move early after being assaulted twice and packages stolen by the neighbors. The police told me the landlords were terrible people and I should just move.

I would personally and professionally rate JJS with a five star!The response from inquiry to inception in vetting to obtaining a move in packet, keys and gifts was second to none. The service was both professional and expeditious with a amicable focus on the ‘can do’ attitude. The apartment unit was clean and ready for immediate occupancy.Specifically; the leasing agent Heather was nothing short of sheer awesome in my view; very capable, friendly and rather informative to say the least. She walked me through all pertinent aspects in a thorough and professional manner of which reinforced confidence in my decision to lease through JJS properties.Thank you JJS!John Neurer

Talked to a leasing agent about renting an apartment in the saint cloud area. The agent was not quick to respond and it took forever to get a hold of them. I was told after I paid the $40 application I needed a cosigner to lease the apartment since my seasonal job doesn't count toward income. I was talking with my relative to find a co signer and updated the agent what was happening after 2 weeks, I got an email stating I couldn't lease the apartment even with a co signer. Almost wasted another $40 on this. I feel like they stole my money and decided not to let me know until I contacted them. Don't even try to apply if you have one little thing wrong with your renters history or they will steal your application fee also.

If I could give 1 star I would. This place will absolutely charge you an arm and a leg when you move out. Even if you cleaned. They will say things are "dirty" when it's not and charge you $20 to wipe something down when you move out. Shady shady practice and rude staff. If you move in take lots of pictures and when you move out too to prove it. We were charged for cracks in the wall that were there when we moved in, and were even noted on our move in inspection.

Good at first but then JJS shows their true colors and are rude and VERY unprofessional! Every contact from them is either a text or email. NO PHONE CALLS!When you are ready to move out Michelle will make you stay an extra month and that last month she will harass you about moving out. Even when you are dealing with an emergency!!

Honestly, one of the best places I have lived and a good management team. As long as you aren’t doing stupid stuff like put banana peels in your drain, or baby wipes and tampons down your toilet, you will never have problems. AC had issues, the got us a new one. Oven quit, they fixed it. Toilet pump stopped working, they fixed it. Lived here 3 years and no complaints. Even working with us to let us out of our lease early.

I had the pleasure of living at a JJS property for about 3 years. I honestly only moved out because I had to relocate for work, otherwise I'd still be living in one of their properties.In my time there, I never had a problem they couldn't or didn't fix in a timely manner. The example that springs to mind was on a particularly muggy day one summer, my AC unit blew out and stopped blowing cold air. I contacted JJS and WITHIN A DAY, they had a vendor onsite with a new unit and it was installed and running, at no cost to me.The staff at JJS is all extremely friendly and professional. They will happily answer any question you have and respond to your requests as quickly as possible. Michelle, the manager, in particular frequently goes above and beyond. She is kind and understanding at every turn and willing to work with you on complicated issues or requests.I absolutely cannot recommend JJS enough for anyone looking for a new home as they will continue to exceed your expectations and not bill you an arm and a leg for it.
