Kind of a bad company to work for with. Got locked inside their parking lot and when they finally came to help they acted like I was the problem. The lady gave me a lot of attitude and belittled me.

The family who owns this property cares. They talk to you and truly show they care. Something they don't say enough is cool the facility is on hot summer days. Today almost 90 I'm chilling at 65 degrees. Ty

Highly Recommend JK Storage for their great staff and quick responses if any questions. An easy pay system with reminders to help. Sartell South location felt very secure and safe to store my belongings. Highly recommend!

Clean and maintained nicely. Secured by electronic gate required entry code. Fast snow removal and any maintenance issue taken care of quickly. Very pleasant staff.

Rental manager was great. To no fault of Jk a tenant started a fire in a unit. Ours had smoke damage. They were great about compensating us having to move. Easy to contact and work with. Recommend!
