After 7 years of dedicated membership at sta fit, I am deeply disappointed by the recent treatment I received from the front desk staff, particularly the owner's daughter. Despite my longstanding loyalty, I was subjected to rude and unwelcoming behavior during a billing dispute, wasting precious time arguing over payment details. The situation escalated when I provided my bank account information for payment processing, only to be demanded to provide a debit card as secondary payment, adding unnecessary stress to an already unpleasant encounter. As a result of this disrespectful treatment, I've made the decision to cancel my membership this week and take my fitness services elsewhere, where my presence and loyalty are genuinely valued. It's disheartening to part ways with a gym I've called home for so long, but the lack of professionalism and regard for members' concerns leaves me with no other choice. It’s also disheartening to experience such treatment, especially from someone in a position of privilege. I urge the management to address these issues promptly to maintain the welcoming atmosphere the center has prided itself on in the past.

Love coming to the gym. Staff is incredible and always welcoming and nice. Equipment is so clean and all the weights are always racked in the right places. Highly recommend.

To be quite frank I don’t know where to start from. I’ve been to many gyms around the world and I have not seen something like this before. For starters the pricing of the gym is outrageous for the type of gym there’re running. The equipments are super old, the bathrooms and locker room are never clean and they have mold on the walls. If the price of the gym reflected how the gym itself was, I’d have zero issues paying there high fee! But to be charging someone $60+ for this gym and locking them into a very long term contract is very wrong. I forgot to put down they don’t let you take photos of yourself to see any progress. Nice employees though.

Been working out here for over 2 years now and won't be leaving any time soon! Great equipment provided for heavy lifters as well as light machines and free weights! That along with a sauna, large pool and hot tub there's no where else to turn my eyes. Staff is amazing, Ashley and Kim are always ready to greet me and help out with grabbing my pre and post working supplements. I have yet to try the tennis courts, tanning beds or virtual golf but plan to in the near future. If your looking for an overall type of gym with nice opening and closing times, this one is definitely it! STA FIT!

After spending a long time trying different gyms, I was so excited to find that Sta-Fit supports a membership through Active and Fit which is a program where you can be a member of multiple gyms for $32 a month. I began training at Sta-Fit most every day while sometimes visiting other gyms for resources that Sta-Fit lacks like newer cardio machines. The environment is extremely welcoming and the staff are very friendly! For the price of $32 a month to have access to 3 gyms, I was happy. Sta-Fit is now cancelling their relationship with the Active and Fit program and I can not be paying the base price of nearly $60 a month for a gym that is in the struggling shape of Sta-Fit. The only thing that would truly support this price would be if the other 2 locations were still open, which neither one is. I am extremely disappointed in this gyms desperate grope for money, when it seems that the money is never being recycled back to the gym. Constant broken machines and equipment that seems to take weeks and weeks to be fixed, outdated cardio equipment, and not being allowed to take pictures or videos of progress are just the start of the things I am disappointed with. There are much nicer gyms around the state with a lower price, unfortunately none of these are located in the St. Cloud area. While I will miss the people and the space, unfortunately I will not miss the gym as a whole.

Staff is great and super friendly. Owners need to wake up and realize what they are doing. Progressively getting more expensive while the equipment is constantly broken and takes months to “fix”. Nothing ever gets greased or lubed so every pulley jerks and squeaks. Cardio machines are old, broken, shakey and squeaky, and just disgustingly dirty. Locker room sinks constantly leak. soap dispensers are not attached, out of soap, broken. Same story for the paper towels. Attachments constantly go missing. Even things like the weights being labeled with chalk and stickers. All for a low price of $60 a month. By far the worst gym I’ve ever been to at that price. Even gyms like Alphaland and Los Campeones offer some of the best in the business for far less money a month. To top it all off, pictures and videos are banned, extremely inconvenient for people trying to send updates to a coach. Absolute joke of a gym.

Amazing place, great staff, the classes are THE BEST! There is such great facilities like the sauna, pool, hot tub, showers etc and it is always clean and very well taken care of.

This is a wonderful facility, definitely the best in the area in terms of atmosphere, equipment, and people. The staff is helpful and polite, the facility is constantly trying to improve, and it provides adequate space for everything you may want to do.
