They exchanged cash for my change in a very timely manner and were very polite. They wrote a cashier check in a timely manner and even corrected a mistake that I made, no pressure. Their team is competent and courteous!

I had to do an emergency transfer of funds from my personal checking account to my business partner over a weekend I went Saturday morning, the lobby was closed and the teller at the drive through didn't know i it could be done. he called a woman over who said it couldn't be done that I would have to come in Monday to do a wire transfer. What kind of full service bank are you running? I've had problems with this bank in the past but this is it. As soon as I can transfer my auto pats and auto deposits I gone. I'm going to find a grown up bank.

Worst customer service ever, worst hours ever even the drive thru has bad hours. I closed my savings account to had to wait 27 minutes ten other customers were done before me. I complained to Evan about the service and asked for my license back that I had no more time to wait. The lady with blond hair, obese and glasses then put her self into the conversation with Evan and I told her stay out of it she then gave me The Finger. My wife said happy we no longer do business with such low grade people. Think many times before coming a victim of U.S.Bank

Very disgusted I can't get to the ATM because there are tons of cars in the drive thru ( that's where the ATM is next to the first teller window. Very frustrating waiting in line in the drive thru just to pull money out of the ATM plus the lobby is CLOSED! Very poor location with the ATM. Us bank is getting to be inconvenient and more of them are closing up for good. I may stop banking at us bank!

Horrible experience. Casey, the branch manager never ever returns call/message.The other teller at the bank in rush to hang up by just saying, sorry bye. They don’t answer the question forget about solving it.

The Sartell Branch has gone totally downhill as of about 1 1/2 years ago. I use to love my bank and the gals that worked there. Use to be great service. Then one day the whole crew had been replaced and the service went down. Once Covid hit the lines have been obnoxiously long. You can't talk to a person on the phone either anymore at this branch. You have to call to the downtown one. Other banks have opened their lobbies again and have reopened with mostly normal hours again, but Not US bank. The hours just aren't convenient. Really wish they would realize how this is affecting their customers. If other banks can safely reopen again you'd think US bank could too!

This is the worst bank I have dealt with. They are slow, never answer the phone/take it off the voice message saying they aren't open when they ARE, just overall bad. They can have four people working and one drive thru lane open when the lobby is still closed... Its very frustrating.

Always friendly service when I do drive up service. Jeff and Matt the Lenders are awesome at the Sartell Branch. Jeff was able to close a loan in 30 days when no one else could. THANK YOU, Jeff & US Bank!

More than 30 minutes waiting to be seen at the window, in the end I had to leave without being attended, terrible service!

We are in phase 3 of reopening in MN. WHY isnt our bank lobby open for business?? Why isnt the drive thru open normal hours??Not everything can be done online or in the drive thru without a managers approval! I know other banks are open for business. I am very disappointed! If this is not corrected soon, I will be taking my familys business elsewhere.

Agree with review below. They will do everything in their power to avoid doing any work, no matter how easy it is. No effort is put into getting anything taken care of and no one takes accountability for ANYTHING. I recommend going to any other US BANK ...especially if it has to do with a loan...they don't want anything to do with it.

Great people at this location. I’ve been happy with all US bank locations I’ve worked with. Has nothing to do with the location but bring back the service members holding the American flag check card back!

Went in November to get a loan. Talked to Carissa, went through the process, credit pull , etc. In December I left multiple messages and emails for Carissa and other US Bank employees with no call back. I get a letter in the mail saying the loan has been canceled. I try to get a hold of a manager, talked to some guy named Eric. Told him the story he begins to tell me Carissa no longer works there. Great, went through everything and had my credit pulled only to be left hanging. Eric says he will look into it and get back to me. Couple weeks go by, no one calls. I call and ask for this Eric dude, was told there is no Eric here. Great, so I ask for a different manager. Was told Casey was the manager and that they would have him call me. 2 more weeks, no call. Call again left a message for some Casey dude again. As of 3/6/20... I’m still waiting for someone to call me back since December. US Bank has cost me thousands by being lazy. I will be withdrawing my money and taking it somewhere where people actually know how to work and know the product they are selling. Don’t waste your time.

Showed up 10 min to noon with a simple banking matter (would have taken 10 min) and they refused to help us because they were closing soon.
