Went to the photo center yesterday to print off photos for a photo board for a family member's upcoming funeral and all 5 kiosks were "out of order".

This Sartell Minnesota location, Super Walmart, is the worst I've ever experienced! So dirty and smelly. The shelves were not stocked. The associates were standing around and chatting with each other while the store was in disarray. And to top it off someone defecated on the floor, TWICE!NEVER will I go back!!! If I could give zero stars I would.

Super bad upper management. Will throw you away like you're toilet paper. Specific shoutout to Anna, the digital coach who enjoys giving people sass without knowing how to take it, harassing her employees when they're off the clock, gossiping with all of her employees, bullying people over the walkie because she's not doing her job and feels threatened when I ask her to do it and breaking dress code despite being such a stickler for adhering to the code. Shoutout to Lauren the consumables coach for not listening to me when I was telling her that Anna was bullying me and then making me work a shift on my day off just to fire me. Shoutout to Jared who made it seem like he was doing me so many favors despite putting me against the wall with my hands tied. All of these people make 60k-100k and they're all so salty. It's very weird. Stay away from Sartell Walmart they don't deserve any of your money. Terrible, terrible people at this location. Beware.

One stars for stocked shelves BUT the employees are the top of all of the Walmarts I have shopped at for rudeness. I mean I can't even understand what happened with my experience tonight. I've dealt with employees in bad moods and those who are having a normal bad day, but this was just unreal.

I will not support a company that causes division in this country. Until corporate drops Critical Race Theory Training I am no longer a customer. Walmart has put more than 1,000 employees through a critical race theory training that teaches that the U.S. is a "white supremacy system" and that white trainees are guilty of "white supremacy thinking" and "internalized racial superiority," according to a new report.

This center is an absolute joke. I ordered two pictures and they're still not done after 6 hours. The one time I order from here and I'm not impressed. Save your time and go somewhere else.

Walmart is large store that has it all. This store sells snacks, food, clothes for all ages, toys and more. The snacks and food sold here are delicious. The clothes have all the lates stiles. The toys are of a great quality. Everything here is priced fairly low. The workers are helpful an efficient. The Walmart Super center has everything you need for your day-to-day life.

Just wanted to share a horrible shopping experience I had at the Walmart Photo Center in Sartell, MN. Long story short I needed to go pick up 5 prints. I thought they were in my girlfriend's name so I initially gave them the wrong name, so it's partially my fault but this doesn't account for the experience I had. I ended up standing at the counter for a total of 31 minutes, during which time four different employees came over to ask if I've been help. I should have said "no" because apparently I wasn't being helped. I realized I gave the wrong name after about 5-6 minutes but the employee, who was a manager by the way, had disappeared in the back so I couldn't even tell him to correct it. I eventually managed to get another employee's attention who radioed him, yet he still never returned from the back (he never ended up coming back to the counter). After about 12 more minutes of me standing there like an idiot a different employee comes up and has me write the name the prints are under on a piece of paper. She then disappears for about 15 more minutes while I continue to just stand at the counter. A different employee eventually comes out and tells me that they're getting my order ready. They're getting my order ready?? It was a one hour photo of 5 prints that was sent in two days ago! How are they just now getting my order ready?? I was literally standing at the photo counter for 31 minutes, and the store was fairly busy overall but there weren't that many customers in the photo area. 31 MINUTES. TO PICK UP 5 PRINTS COSTING $4.20. Then to top it all off when I go to the front to pay I realize there's no price label on the prints. It's possible the woman back at the photo counter intended to give them to me for free, but if so she never said that or provided any documentation or anything to show they should be free. All she gave me was a brief, "sorry about that." So at the front I realize the lack of a price label and show the employee up there, asking her how I ring this up. She tells me I need to GO BACK TO THE PHOTO COUNTER, where I just lost 31 minutes of my life that I'm never going to get back. I tell her I was already there for over 30 minutes and it's just 5 prints. Could Walmart offer me them for free for such an inconvenience? Apparently not! Again, the total cost for the prints was $4.20. She insists I need to go back to photo to get the price label and I then spend another 6 minutes waiting for someone, during which time I touched the screen to call an associate 3 times before someone came over. Again, all I got the entire time was a brief, "sorry about that" from the employee who finally handed me the prints. It took an active, conscience effort not to scream, throw the prints, and storm out. I didn't realize how much Walmart Photo hates it's customers, so that was a revelation at least. One of the worst shopping experiences of my life.

There are pros and cons to this walmart but mostly cons unfortunately. It is set up differently than the other Walmart I've been to and I had a hard time finding anything. I also felt really on edge the whole time I was in there because of the sketchy people at this location. I was able to check out quickly, thankfully, as there were many lanes open, but will try to avoid going to this location in the future.

Photography "Technicians"... We go into walmart to get 3 photos printed. After ordering we get the claim ticket, doesn't say a time on it. So I walk up to the counter, "Cassie" is staring at the computer screen in some sort of daze. After about 2 minutes the customer service lady asks me if i need help, I say no I'm waiting on photography, in a rather louder than normal volume....about 3 minutes later I press the assistance button. Cassie slowly get us walks over, I hand her the ticket and mention that the ticket didn't have a time written on it. She says it'll be 20 minutes.. *25 minutes later* We walk up, a 2nd photo lady is there, I mention to her that we're here to pick up photos, as Cassie is talking with some customers at the photo kiosk. She says that there's a backlog and the machines need to be cleaned, so come back in 30 minutes.... So which is it...in that time frame they did no work..
