Literally such bad customer service. Needed a key made for my car. Told me to come back at 9 as the guy would be in to do it. I show back up and the first guy I talked to didn’t even have the decency to make the other guy aware that someone was coming in at 9 for him. Also disregarded my questions and walked away. And told me I couldn’t be helped for another hour. Don’t tell someone to come in at a time and then refuse them the service because you didn’t do your part for your job.

This review goes out to Owen. He went above and beyond! We recently bought a new camper and ran into some lighting issues. We had to run to Ace and find a quick solution as time was ticking to sunset, store closing, and still a 2 hour drive home. Owen was so gracious to help us assemble this light kit, found us the tools we needed, helped us come up with a solution and even brought us a snack after spending so much time trying to get this all put together. He was so kind to us. Please recognize him and give him a big thanks on our behalf!!

I went to this Ace as their website said they had diatomaceous earth in stock. Asked what I was looking for, he said "never heard of it". He looked it up and went back to the aisle I was originally in. I found it on the shelf. Me. He was pretty useless. I'll stick with Melrose Ace Hardware. I will not be a repeat customer in Sauk Centre. Guy had an attitude.
