Very friendly. We were camping at Sinclair Lewis Campground and had an issue with our RV. Called to see if they had a part in stock, and they did. Gave me the price, part number and manufacturer. Advised them I would come and pick it up. Went in told them I had just called, they had the part on the counter waiting for me. Very friendly folks. Reasonable price compared to another auto supply in town.
