Greg was amazing to work with he went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with our new refrigerator. The delivery drivers were pleasant, polite and respected our house. Karl's delivery and install fee were also the cheapest around. I will be buying all of my future appliances from Karl's in Sauk Centre.

I just called and asked about a part for my LG fridge, I was transferred to Carrie. She is by far the most amazing person to deal with on the phone. Now a days people can be so mean, she is so helpful and cheerful. Thank you Carrie for making my my problem so easy to deal with!!
