The first week of October 2025, I purchased a 2016 ford edge from you guys. I love it and it’s my first time in 30 years of buying a ford product. Overall was a great experience, staff was friendly, helpful and swift. The annoying part is after a couple hundred miles, I have an engine light on and need to get that checked out. I’m thinking it has to do with when I accelerate, it has a jerk to it. You should not have to take a vehicle in to get fixed 5 weeks after buying it even if an “as is” deal. :(

We had an amazing experience at John Wiese Ford in Sauk Centre, MN! We were in the middle of a cross-country move and having trouble with our F-150 due to a recall. Other dealers told us it would be weeks before they could help, but Douglas Davis, the Service Manager, got us in right away.
They not only fixed the recall that was holding us up but also took care of the other recalls while we were there. They went above and beyond, kept their word, and had us back on the road right on schedule.
Highly recommend John Wiese Ford—great people and outstanding service!

From buying the vehicle all the way through to fix in the vehicle and I even had a warranty claim and they helped me all the way through it. It's worth the drive for me it's 38 MI to come up and have impeccable service. If I was to mention one thing they need more loaner vehicles. Other than that I live 3 mi from the dealership in St Cloud I'll drive the 38 miles every time. It's not only the service it's the trust. Do yourself a favor give Doug and the boys a call in the service department and you'll get Golden glove service.

Excellent dealership ! Eric was by far the most helpful salesman I have ever had buying a new vehicle. I wanted a new Ranger and he found me the exact model and trim level that I wanted. Everyone at JW was super helpful and friendly. I live in St. Cloud and it is definitely worth the drive to Sauk Centre for a good Ford dealership.
