Day two of having a membership and the employees are already trying to take more money for additional classes. Staff is as friendly as a used car salesman because all they want is more of your money. If you want to workout at a gym and be left alone this is not the gym to go to.

Alright this facility is nicer than some around the area, this AF smelled of mildew. If it smelled that way it must be dirty in other places I will not be returning.

Management will scam you and continue to increase rates without any notice. Watch your contractual language, our contract had a maximum rate of increase listed and they have far exceeded it. Had this company not gotten greedy we may have never known. I will be going back through our credit card statements to pull copies and give to legal counsel for review for further action.Additionally if you value some privacy while working out this is not the place. It is constantly full of people that feel the need to post to social media while others try to workout in the background.Parking here is also a challenge. My fiance will no longer subject herself to the poor management and questionable business practices of this location.

My trainer is Quincy and he is pretty awesome every time I’m there he has everything planned out. He pushes me. He corrects me if I am not doing something right! I also love the way I feel after I’m done with my session.

Just completed the 6 week program. Quincy did a great job writing workouts that challenge you and work different muscle groups. Always personable and motivating!

I was very disappointed in their 6 week program offered - which was not a cheap investment! The method used to sign up for the classes was not working so they had me texting the trainers. Sometime the text took over 24 hours to be responded to. This made it very difficult to plan my workouts for the week. Sometimes I didn’t get a workout in due to waiting for them to respond to confirm a class for me. When addressed with the management it said it would be fixed but 2 weeks later same issues. I had done 9 of the 18 workouts in the program - loved the workouts, but it was so inconvenient to get scheduled. When a partial refunded was requested it was denied. I asked for a phone call from the GM and 2 days later I get an email. For the amount of money they charge for this program I expected more. Very disappointed! Would not recommend.

The staff has been keeping this gym maintained. The bathrooms are clean and so is the gym. Great place to get a really good workout. This is a busy gym compared to some anytime I've been into throughout the Twin Cities.

I've been an Anytime member since 2014 starting in Little Falls for a year before moving to the Sauk Rapids location. I took a year off several years ago and tried another gym. I initially started going back to Anytime, Sartell which is under the same ownership. I liked it, but came back to Anytime, Sauk Rapids because it's more convenient. The staff at both are friendly and helpful, and machines get fixed when necessary. There have been new owners since June 2022 and I've had no interruptions in service. There are many options for weights, weight machines, and stretching areas. They also have team workouts, small group training, and one on one training available. Overall I'm really satisfied with my gym home.

Reminded me of planet fitness and that's no bueno! No private restrooms/showers. Just a smelly locker room with dirty showers that obviously haven't been cleaned in ages.
