“I had a friend call me with what appeared to be a battery problem with his vehicle. It sounded like it was potentially a faulty battery. It was around 6:35 so I Googled Batteries Plus to see how late they were open. They closed at 7:00 PM so I knew we needed to act quickly. I called the Batteries Plus in Sauk Rapids and Daryl answered and said he had the correct battery and he would wait for my friend to arrive and install the battery. Daryl not only installed the battery he also checked the alternator to make sure that was charging properly which it was. I actually own a car dealership a distance from Sauk Rapids so I am aware of what the battery should cost. I was shocked by how reasonable the price of the battery was and then Daryl installed it for free. Daryl was extremely kind and helpful. I was very impressed with the service my friend got from Daryl. Thank you Daryl, job well done. Then on top of that the following day David from the same store followed up with me to thank us for the business and also offered other services for our dealership. Being a business owner for over 35 years I have rarely seen customer service done so well! Thank you Daryl and Batteries Plus for getting my friend back on the road! Job well done!”

“Have just moved back into the area and O'Reilly's is in the neighborhood. Man ... am I glad they are. Needed a brake light for my Jeep Liberty. It was in stock and Teri has me out the door in minutes !!!However, when I got home and went to do the replacement of the bulb ... It turned out that the light's module was toast.Went back in and Teri and Gabe once again found the part and I was out the door once again.I decided to replace the module and light bulb right there in the parking lot. It's typically a 10-15 minute repair.However, it didn't work as I had hoped. Good thing I never left the parking lot. Teri asked Mike for assistance and Mike discovered that the connection was a bit covered over by the module burning far to hot.Mike ... pull's out his knife, clears out the burnt plastic and out the door I went and 10 minutes later I'm driving home !What a "Top Shelf" customer service group you have at this O'Reilly's ... There are name's not mentioned here, but there's absolutely only great customer serviceThey will truly be my go to for all auto parts needed.”
