Always there, always meets expectation. What can I say, I've never been disappointed in my visit to Coborns - except when I visit super late, like 10pm and the deli isn't stocked. But I understand.

Coborns you need to switch the self checkouts to use cash. Please don't support the cashless society. It's very inconvenient for people that want to use cash at your business. Won't be back until I see it change.

Have everything you need for a grocery store. There were some items that were expired and reached out to Coborn's regarding the expired items. Upon returning week or so later expired items were replaced with in date items.

I really love the customer service at coborns. There is always someone to ask for help. They bag your groceries and will also bring them to your car. They have an organic section that I appreciate. They also have a deli with seating.

There are only a few associates that are super nice. Guy in produce section, never smiles and when asking a question he acts like I am a bother. Other associates are willing to assist.
I feel this store needs to have a meeting with crew to discuss what is customer service.

Our family grocery store! We certainly do miss the Coborns store that used to be located on Veterans Drive N. In St.Cloud.

This review is about the Coborns on Pine Cone Rd, Not the Salk Rapids location. This used to be my favorite store. Their prices have become very high. It's weird, but each Coborns store has different prices on things. If you go to one location, the thing you want may be less expensive at another location. The Coborns in Sauk Rapids is better stocked than the one on Pinecone Rd. Last week, I had to go to the Sauk Rapids store which is farther for me to drive, to get a couple of products that I buy regularly that the store on Pinecone Rd hasn't restocked for three weeks. Which was an inconvenience for me. At the Pinecone Rd store, I always find expired prouducts on the shelves, so beware. Look at expiration dates.
I had a complaint about something in the bakery section at the Pinecone Rd location. I spoke to a girl who identified herself as the bakery manager. My complaint was sbout a product that they make on site that I felt that the quality of the product had gone way down. It was a product that I purchased a lot, so it was kind of important to me. She said she would speak to the person who makes that, But the next time i went into the store, nothing had changed and the product was still not of the quality that it used to be. She didn't seem too concerned and I felt put off by this, since I've been shopping here for years and I've never complained about anything before. So, i stopped buying that product. Update: i got a call from the assistant store manager the day after i posted this review. I missed her call, so she left a message on my voicemail. I called her back the following day but she was already gone for the day, so i left a message with someone in customer service. She didn't try to get a hold of me after that. I don't know if she got my message, or if she just didnt want to follow up. So, i didn't get to speak with her. I guess I'll have to try to talk with her next time I'm in the store.

Terrific selection of THC / CBD drinks available near the deli and popcorn stand. Trail Magic is my favorite and it’s MN made!

I went to the Sauk Rapids Coborn's this morning to pick up a few items, was ready to check out and was told that they don't staff the check-out lanes until 7am and I would have to use the self check out. No, I don't do that. I am not unable, I am opposed. If you are open, you should have a staff member there to receive payment. If you are unable to staff this position, change your hours. If you are unwilling to staff this position (as a cost savings to the corporation) shame on you. I reshelved my items, apologized to the employee working behind the meat counter and left. I tried calling the store to speak to the Store Director (he doesn't come in until around 9am), tried to leave a voice mail for him and got stuck on hold. So disappointing! I go to this store multiple times a week for groceries and prescriptions. I need to rethink this practice.
