This isn't my first time getting my brow waxed and tinted! The stylist did not even let me know and showed me a quick glance of the mirror which i thought looked okay because I didn't have my glasses on until it started burning up and I checked mid way on the way home to see this. I got refunded for only my brow wax and was suggested to use Neosporin on my wounds. Very disappointed with my results, will not be back here again.

I had a wonderful experience for my first time. I was warmly welcomed and asked if I needed anything to drink. Tearayne was amazing. When she washed my hair she also massaged the shampoo and conditioner into my hair, which almost put me to sleep it was so nice. Then when it came to cutting my hair she was very helpful with suggestions. She gave my hair some beautiful volume with some long layers. I will definitely be going back when it’s time for another trim.

I have had the best color and overall experience with Tanya. I asked for her because she looked more like me than the lovely, younger stylists (who probably are excellent) but I hoped she would help me do mature lady hair without making it complicated. She did it very well. I recommend Tanya for her incredible color techniques, listening skills, low-key advising and lots of easy style instruction that I replicated at home with ease. She also sets me up with appropriately timed future appts and never do I feel pressure to spend more or come more often. I didn't know she was an owner when I asked for her, and with her experience, her services cost slightly more. Worth it.Services: Haircut

Abigail did my makeup yesterday for the Holly Ball and it was fabulous!! I was so pleased with how well she listened to me, adjusted to my wishes along the way and her technique and skill! I was absolutely pleased and will use her for all my event makeup needs!!

Trista is great. I think I found my go to gal for my hair. The atmosphere is amazing as well. Very steampunk/industrial inside. I like the stain glass windows.

Great location and atmosphere. Booking an appointment was quick and easy! Brook was kind and personable, and did a great job giving me a long-overdue hair cut that made me look and feel like myself again!

I am so happy with my experience here! I have bounced around from salon to salon just trying to find my fit. I look for friendliness and people that care about their clients! I came in for a cut and an all over color. It was my first time coloring my hair so I didn't know anything! Alyssa walked me through everything and helped me choose the perfect color. She took her time and really cared about what she was doing! She answered my 100 questions from coloring to styling to products. Even though some of my questions may have seemed obvious she never once made me feel bad about any question I may have!
