The staff is friendly, courteous, and accommodating. Units are affordable, clean, and secure. Clients have had wonderful experiences with renting, moving, and stopping payments. The facilities are well-maintained, with quick snow clearance. Many clients have returned to use the service multiple times, appreciating the friendly treatment.
This is the second time we have used JK Storage. Each time has been great. Always easy to talk to and understand. They respond quickly to my questions also. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a storage unit(s).
