Sue was incredible efficient in transferring me to a larger unit. She was able to quickly inform me on available units to better meet my needs. In addition, she surprised me when she came out to my new unit to make sure I was able to use the new lock. She notice the rope on my door was frayed and replaced it on the spot. Thank you Sue for going above and beyond!
