My water softener broke down a couple weeks ago. When I called Schultz Soft Water not only did they respond that day but we discussed a solution within 24 hours. Yesterday our softener was installed and the water has never been so clean. I am so happy with my system and would recommend both Schultz Soft Water and Kinetico.
