Helpful and kind staff! I came in toward the end of the evening and even though it was busy they were so helpful in educating me on stamps I needed and how shipment would work for wedding invites.

People at the office are nice. I question the cognitive ability of the route drivers to be able to match up the number on the package to the number on the house.

My package that was clearly too big to fit in the mailbox was shoved in there. It had sentimental pictures in it which are permanently creased because of the carelessness of the mail man. This has happened far too many times and needs to be corrected.
