I recently moved from Florida looking for a hair salon that can just cover my minor grays and cut/style hair. I liked my stylist, she was friendly and new. Unfortunately I paid more than the service I received. I have been going to salons for years and this is the first time I feel I have over paid for the service I received. Save your money for a place that gives quality for the money you put in. I will not be going back.

Always meticulous in shaping my nails. I feel like that is the most critical part of my service. My polish always shines. I receive compliments all the time.
Katie is the consummate professional…efficient but never hurried. Friendly, kind, and attentive to my needs and requests.

Always always always happy with Veronica! She knows me well and knows exactly what I want every time. Cole's Savage is the best. You really can't go wrong with any stylist. They are all very professional and well-trained. I always feel welcome and taken care of :).

Alex does an amazing job! She has definitely matured as a hairstylist over the time I have known her. She is always friendly and bubbly. It’s definitely hard to find a good hairstylist.

WOW. I have not felt this good about myself in years. I am not someone who styles my hair, much less someone who gets it cut (busy toddler mom). This was my first cut in 2 years, we took off 15 inches. Olivia B. changed my life. She gave me exactly what I asked for, but somehow made it even better than I imagined. She did not make me feel bad for having dead, knotty, unmanaged hair. I cannot say enough good things about the entire experience. I felt so confident leaving the salon today. Thank you, Olivia!!

Belle was fantastic! I have anxiety getting haircuts due to having to shave my head from cancer, and Belle made me feel super at ease. She was easy to talk to, and I left feeling super confident & loving my cut!

I met with Emma yesterday to do tint and foil. She was a pleasant lady. She talked me into a toner after washing my hair. I said yes. She did not tell me it was going to cost me an additional $45 for a 2 minute process. I didn’t find out til I went to pay. And the lady up front seemed as if I was bothering her. I begrudgingly paid and wish I had not. Emma knew it was going to cost me additional because she must of told the people at the front desk otherwise they would have not known to charge me. Sneaky and underhanded in my opinion. Emma must get a cut of money on that $45 charge. This is the second bad experience in a row with Cole’s. The first time a couple of months ago my stylist didn’t say a word. Barely put 2 curls in and on my way I went. The manager did give me a credit which was very nice. I don’t know what is happening at Cole’s in savage but their service is sub par. I am going to go to another salon for future service. And I had been going to Cole’s for at least 10 years with no issues. They are not nearly as busy as they used to be maybe because of their poor service.
