Called to speak to the meat department and was on hold for over 20 minutes. Is there no one in that department?2 weeks in a row I put in an online order asking for T-bone steaks and they were "out of stock"! I find it hard to believe Cub would be out of them. Are they in a place that they shoppers can't find them? Very disappointing!

While My Rewards offers are good, the self-checkout system should be able to read the bar code in phone app (why else have one?) to identify rather than forcing entry of a telephone number. I consider that a bit of a privacy issue since entry is not shielded.

This Cub location is waaayy too small. Not nearly enough shelf or store space for a decent selection of items.For example: frozen foods, sauces, sodas, different brands and many times we have to hit more than Cub to get just essentials. Watch the prices too and know what you usually pay.

This location feels like the inside of a refrigerator! All the employees have sweatshirts on. Bring your parka if you plan on shopping here during the summer.

I like coming to Cub for the most part it’s nice. I love getting the grilled chicken. You really need to train your employees in the deli how to have better customers service. They are rude every single time I go there. They looked annoyed roll their eyes and act as if me asking for chicken is the worst part of their day.

I used to love Cub but their prices have skyrocketed compared to competitors. The last 2 gallons of milk I purchased had already gone bad by purchase date. I should have looked more carefully but that's never been an issue in the past. The only good thing left about Cub is their bakery.

Live close so this used to be my go-to for everything. Also loved how involved they were with the community. Not only have their prices gone up dramatically, where they’re now the most expensive store around me, but they also cancelled the fun stuff they used to do. My kids were bummed they used to love going in on easter. Hyvee is definitely the better option if you’re in savage.

Impolite young asian Customer Service front desk was starting at me instead of asking "how can I help you"!He asked me for Id for purchasing lottery, while I'm old with white hairs on my face. Also in shortage of most foods and expensive comparing to the other high quality food markets.

We went to this location to pick up a couple things this morning(Oct.19) and had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a couple of your employees. We were looking for a specific type of meat at the meat department, and the guy working at the meat department very rudely pointed and said “it’s right there”(sorry sir to inconvenience you at a place where your being paid to provide a service). Then when we checked out and needed some assistance at the self check out, the guy working up front(who looked high or was half asleep) acted like we were wasting his time and very rudely said “scan your card”(once again, sorry to inconvenience you at a place that pays you to provide a service). I was wondering when I first got why it was so dead, now I know! I won’t be wasting my time at this store again.

Stopped by the store to send MoneyGram at around 7.40pm. No one at the customer care area. There was a board indicating that they the CS was opened Sunday through Saturday until 8pm.One of the employees assisted in trying to locate whoever was supposed to be to come and attend to me. The individual didn't come. The same employee went over to the individual only to inform me that this individual stated that it was too late to send MoneyGram after I stood ther for about 10 minutes or so. Apparently he saw me standing at the counter but never bothered to attend to me.Definitely poor customer service.
