Failed to properly fill my prescription. I tried calling to clear it up and I couldn't get past their robot.

Pharm techs can’t get OTC orders correct - he incorrectly ran my ID for a seasonal allergy decongestant for the wrong product. When I caught it, he had already scanned it, and a second scan was denied. When I asked the head Pharmacist how they were gonna fix it….they said to go to Walgreens.

new pilot program where they dont have humans answer phones but you leave a message and hope for a call back. they dont call back. transferred my prescriptions somewhere else.
