My friend made an appointment for us both to have pedicures. We got there at our appointment time and my friend was serviced promptly. I waited 30 minutes in warm-ish water, then asked when I would be helped. The lady working on my friend stated “soon”. Then two more guests were seated at pedicure stations and helped immediately upon sitting down. Now we are 40 minutes into me waiting to be helped. I was told soon. I mentioned I wasn’t able to wait anymore as I needed to be home at a certain time and then all of a sudden they had a worker who could help me. Mind you my friend was finished with her pedicure at this point and I hadn’t even began mine. By the end of the 46 minutes waiting, I wasn’t able to stay to even get one. I had to leave to go home. They handled everything very unprofessionally.

Lee is the best nail specialist I've ever been to in 31 years I've never had a single nail lift and you can't even see the growth when you get the pink And white acrylics and Anna gives the most amazing pedicure try the special spa pedicure its AMAZING !! GREAT JOB 👍

I've been coming here for a few years, and unfortunately I think I need to move on. I do dip manicures, and lately, I always leave with cut up cuticles - which is not only painful in the moment, but for the weeks that follow. I vocalize that it hurts and/or ask to be careful, but that doesn't seem to help. On the other hand (no pun intended), pedicures are always great, and the staff is very friendly and kind.

I’ve tried quite a few salons in the area and this one is definitely the best. Best service, friendly staff, clean, good quality.

To the gentleman who answered the phone and gave us a 1:30pm appointment time… It was not your nail tech fault that they couldn’t see us until an hour later. It’s your fault for over booking your staff and making clients wait an hour. I booked more than just be service but because of the extremely long wait, I could only get a pedicure. The tech was friendly and sweet and did the best she could with my 20 minutes I had due to your overbooking!

HiepTran was so nice! She did exactly what I wanted on my nails. Good square shape, strong apex, thinner at the tip will allow me to pick up object from flat surface. She was finished in less than 40 minutes.
Not too expensive!

hannah is the absolute best! i have been going to this salon for my entire life and have had acrylics for 5 years. hannah does multiple people in my family and we all love her services. she is efficient and always does the best work. i am a loyal enails customer forever!

Vivian is my absolute go to for my nails! She is the BEST!! Every time I leave I love my nails. She gives great recommendations and always makes my nails look so pretty! Every time I walk into the salon I’m greeted by the owners and they are very welcoming. Even when I moved away from Savage I still made the trip back to this salon because it’s so worth it.
