The woman behind the counter there was unable to correctly dispense the lottery tickets I requested. I tried to buy a five dollar ticket for each of the North 5 and Gopher 5 lotteries. She gave me a single North 5, which I told her was wrong, then a correct North 5 ticket, then an incorrect single Gopher 5 ticket. And this after I corrected her twice on what I wanted. So I ended up with only $7 in tickets, but I paid $11. Because the correct North 5 ticket was on top, I didn't notice until I got home that she still screwed it up. I called the manager later, who was more interested in telling me how that particular employee never makes mistakes. But she did, twice. I went back, and after having to explain in excruciating detail AGAIN what I wanted, and what I ended up with, the manager finally made it right. Too much work for something I paid for. I'll buy my lottery tickets elsewhere. 🙄

I just went inside to pay for gas here. The lady working behind the counter was extremely rude to the male customer in front of me. He was going out of his way to be nice to her, and she snapped at him and made a scene. I went outside and used my card to pay for my gas. That employee needs some serious customer service training. What a nightmare.

Hours aren't what is posted on here or on their door. They shut down before 11pm. Like most holiday's don't rely on them

Nobody in the store more likely due to brain dead Brian kicking out prior employees that quit on him, most likely almost all the 16 year olds in Scott County. Minnesota is at will employment, get a clue. And please wear some underwear! Nobody is trying to see your a$$ crack!

This is the most pathetic gas station I've ever been to. The managers are blatantly rude & racist. Won't even honor company coupons. Stores being run into the ground. I'll go out of my way to go to literally any other gas station besides this one. How sad & pathetic
