I will call in my prescriptions and everybody. There is great on the phone and especially Stephanie. She is somebody that if you're not feeling well when you're done talking to her, you have a smile on your face and the delivery people are awesome, they're always cheerful. And always on time.Thank you Stephanie, thank you delivery guys !

I never had a problem with this pharmacy. I am surprised of the lower rating. I guess most people leave a rating when things don't go their way.

i drive all the way from Eden Prairie to Savage because of the service this Pharmacy provides.
very helpful and service oriented, you can’t get that anywhere these days, helped me get the pre auth i was struggling with , they stock meds i’m not able to get elsewhere.
helped me understand the system so i could better navigate.
i’m surprised by these other ratings, i think Hyvee Pharmacy is the best, i left Target Eden Prairie and am very happy.

I don't get the poor reviews. I just started using this pharmacy as I only just moved to Savage from out of state. I found the staff friendy and helpful. Stephany was great. I was impressed that by my third visit, she already knew my name.

I moved here in October 24 and had to switch from a chain pharmacy due to insurance. I have never had an issue or a problem. The prices were amazing and when my spouse fills tens of scripts a month it is awesome. The friendly staff are amazing. I would rather have a little messy pharmacy than a place where I am ONLY a number and a room staff who don’t find my time valuable. Thank you HyVee for continuing to try to improve.

Pharmacist is very unprofessional. Very disorganized. There are issues with every prescription I have filled. In the process of switching to a different pharmacy altogether.

I had a very unpleasant experience with STEPHANIE at this location. When I came in with a concern about my prescription, I was already frustrated due to the situation. Instead of being helpful or understanding, the technician was dismissive and argumentative. Their tone was unprofessional, and they seemed more interested in proving a point than actually assisting me.

I must have more patience than most of the other reviewers because I rarely if ever have any issues with the Pharmacy or the staff. They are always friendly, helpful and while sometimes they seem a bit disorganized I've never been there when they weren't busy.
They don't have downtimes and I'd wager often don't take breaks as they should in order to help with customers.
Yes the lines and wait time can get long, but you never know what is going on at the front. Could be an issue between insurance and doctor with the pharmacy caught in the middle. Could be a confused patient.
They work hard, they do a great job explaining issues and they offer solutions when they can. Switching to this pharmacy from Walgreens was a great move for me and my family.

This is literally the most unprofessional pharmacy I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Rude staff that literally stands there showing each other pictures on their phones while customers stand in line without even so much as a greeting.

Hy-Vee pharmacy will not honor goodRX prices as advertised. If you’re using GoodRx and unfortunate enough like me not to have insurance go somewhere else to fill your prescriptions just don’t go to this savage Location Hy-Vee or probably any Hy-Vee pharmacy because they’re extremely unethical.

Extremely rude staff. Lead Pharmacist is super unprofessional. Has lost my child’s medication on numerous occasions and even cancelled my kids med the day the doctor prescribed “by accident”. Today she yelled at my husband for asking why the prescription we were told yesterday would be done and ready for pick up was suddenly lost yet again. She said quit complaining when my husband asked why.

Mismanaged prescriptions. Delays on getting meds. Dr follow up when needing to get refill is absent. Just no level of service.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I've used in four decades of getting prescriptions filled. There's ALWAYS a delay here...or a "system glitch"...or a medication shortage...or a "miscommunication" with my doctor's office...or an incorrectly filled prescription...or a short count...or LOOOOOOONG lines...or constant employee turnover. It's ALWAYS something, ALWAYS an excuse, ALWAYS frustrating! Even though this location is very convenient for me, I finally gave up and took my business elsewhere. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs.
To the "Store Management Team": I have no further information to share. I left an honest review, which you can do with as you see fit.
But here's a suggestion...
You've been getting scathing reviews for months, but the pharmacy just keeps getting worse. It's got a TERRIBLE reputation locally, and deservedly so. The many negative reviews provide an extensive list of things that need to be fixed. Buy a clipboard and make a checklist of ALL the problems cited in these reviews and elsewhere. Work your way down the checklist until all the problems are fixed and you stop getting negative reviews. That's what the role of management is - documenting issues and FIXING them. If you can't fix these problems within a reasonable timeframe, then perhaps Hy-Vee needs to rethink how it staffs its management positions at this store.
Sorry for being so blunt, but you've got a seriously awful pharmacy and it's getting worse. It's negatively affecting customers' healthcare. Take action.

Find a different pharmacy if you can! For almost a year we have had issue after issue with Hyvee Pharmacy. They appear understaffed, but in reality, they just have pharmacy technicians standing out of site, doing absolutely nothing. It takes them over 2 hours to fill a script that was sent direct from the doctor's office. I have been given the wrong medication TWICE, with someone else taking home my medicine. On a separate occasion, the antibiotic was sent home without being mixed. I had to go back and have them properly mix it.
Staff is rude, short tempered, and when asked questions regarding medications they are not helpful.
