When our niece's hybrid had charging issues that got so bad she was unable to drive it, dealers were all booked out a month plus, and the last dealer who looked at it gave it a clean bill of health. Jurek's was able to look at it same-day, gives us a diagnosis, estimate, and got it fixed in two days. Carl Jurek always responds so promptly and gets our car in for service in a timely fashion. He explains all needed repairs very clearly and lays out all the charges. If something else comes up, he lets us know and always explains how critical (or not) the repair is. We've been going to Carl for around two years now and he's earned our business and our trust.
