We worked with Kyle to sell our home, and he did an outstanding job. He communicated clearly, stayed on top of every lead, and never let things go cold, which made a big difference given the market. He followed up after every showing and kept pushing until we got the deal done. Kyle got our house sold. We’re glad we went with him.

We loved using Kyle as our realtor! We felt that Kyle did a great job of getting to know us and what was important to us in a home. Kyle also provided a lot of education to us as first time homebuyers and made us feel comfortable with the process. Kyle also did a great job of negotiating to make sure we got a great price and the best possible terms.

Kyle was amazing to work with! Very responsive to any questions we had and was incredibly prompt with any paperwork we needed. He suggested the perfect price for our house which helped it sell fast while in a slow market. We even got an above asking offer! Plus he helped us buy our dream house at the price we wanted. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

From the moment I met him I knew that Kyle White was the best person I could find to help me sell my house. He became like a member of my family, helping me to problem solve along the way, communicating with plumbers, painters, and electricians, even getting my junk hauled away when I hurt my back.
