Incredible service!! Michael removed all the callouses on my heels. This was a first for me after many, many pedicures. Iāll be back!!

I just started going to Lucky Nails after going to the same salon for years. Iām so happy I tried this place! Iāve always been able to walk in and be seen immediately. I requested a different color for my nails and they catered to me. They have many options for pedicures. Everything is very organized and prices are displayed at each work station so thereās no surprises at the end when you go to pay. They have a card they stamp and write the name of the person that did your nails so if you like them you can request them again. Theyāll even write down the color number on the card so you donāt forget.
All of the staff are very friendly!

The nails are ok the service was horrible Lena had done my nails & she had an attitude the entire time she kept the interaction short and caught a major attitude when she realized I wasnāt going to tip her 45$ is cheap for dip set so I guess Iām overall happy not paying this location more then needed would have paid more in tip if she wasnāt so unfriendly & judgmental towards me will not be going back to this location ever again

I wanted acrylic nails, nudist colored base, and an apple design on them, but what I got was the opposite. When they asked me what color I wanted for my nails, I pointed at the one I wanted only for one of the employees to say they like another one. They didnāt care for my opinion at all and Chose what color they wanted. When it got to my nail length they just filed down my real nail and didnāt give me acrylics. Then when it got the design, they gave me nothing I wanted. I wanted the apple to only get a circle that looked like a nipple, then she added a flower which wasnāt on my design saying that ā it looks so much better with itā. Iām all for people using their creativity, but when itās nothing like I wanted, then thatās different. Iām disappointed with my results and went to a different nail salon a week later to get them redone. I'm not saying theyāre talentless, and Iām sure they have things theyāre good at, but i just expected to get the nails I wanted.

Poor service, was super rude to us, talked bad about us but i could understand and they thought i couldnāt understand. Even after we confronted them, they were still being rude and didnāt even apologize instead she laughed and turned around to her co workers. I donāt recommend, iāve never experienced this before.

Worst place I've ever been. Service was quick, but that's the only positive. They wouldn't do my simple design, but had no issues with my sisters more complex one. I could have done a better job myself at home than what I walked out with. The lady cut me on two fingers while trimming cuticles, made one nail look crooked, and several nails not fully covered. (Combined all into one picture. This was 5 minutes after getting them done)

They have done an amazing job on my nails each time I go in. Everyone is friendly, the shop is clean and the environment is calming.
