“Knowledgeable, fast, and friendly. Called on a Friday prior to a Christmas holiday weekend - not too many businesses open. Without equipment likely would have needed to go to a care facility. Thought we needed a lift-chair and a bed. Ken said most people go with just the lift-chair and sleep on it. Ordered the lift chair, within two hours it was set up in our house and in use. Delivery person (James) was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. Ken was right we did not need the bed!”

“I feel like this location doesn't get enough credit for how knowledgeable and hard working they are. However, most people do not want to put a review unless it's a bad one. I am going to try and break that cycle here. I have been in the Edina FV Home Medical Location when they are getting their butts handed to them. Lobby packed full of people, customers being rude to the employees, but they just carry on with a smile on their face and they don't let anyone see them sweat. The girls greet customers when they walk in the door. If they know them well like myself they will call them by name and that makes me feel special. I have been nothing but impressed with the service here. I receive wound care supplies which I know from personal experience is not easy to work with and follow insurance guidelines for but the girls up front are extremely knowledgeable and if they do not know the answer to a question, they will do their hardest to find an answer or solution. If you have had good experience at this location, please share your experience!!! they deserve so much better than this.”
