Based on the recommendations from my friends I hired Mike as my realtor to sell my house, I am so glad I did. He is thoroughly professional, detail oriented and proactive. I can’t emphasize more on these three words I used here. He communicates things very clearly. So, while he kept me updated on the current state on every single step at the same time he kept me aware of what to expect in the coming days. That way I was ALWAYS ahead of the curve.
He was extremely strategic about the things like starting price, time of marketing, negotiation with the buyers agent and all those critical things that TRULY matters. To be precise, if you are working with Mike, you are never in dark. Take my words for it.
Sorry keep remembering things as I am writing this review, as I am so truly impressed with his work style. He makes sure to give your property the personal attention it deserves. He would most certainly be working on multiple properties at the same time being a seasoned and popular realtor, but the way he interacts with you, it really gives the impression that as if that is the only property he is working on.
Last but not the least, his positive energy is second to none. I will tell you this, one of the key things people look is the energy of the realtor, how excited someone is. That’s how they know that it’s the real deal. By seeing his extent of positive energy and excitement sometimes I wondered if it’s my house he is selling or it’s his :). Truly that is remarkable.
I guess, if I narrate all single things about him, I will just keep going and going, but I need to stop somewhere.
So to summarize, he is THE guy who will get the job done, rain or shine.

Let me be transparent, I've known Mike since high school, but just because you've known someone for a long time, does not guarantee that they are the best in the business. I can say this honestly, working with Mike has been an outstanding experience for me as well as for my finance officer. (I was told by my loan officer specifically that it was a pleasure working with him and that Mike made it easy for them). Mike relayed all pertinent emails, was available to show homes (even from another state) by videos and phone calls. He replied to all of my text messages and emails promptly and accurately. Really, I have no idea how he keeps it all straight! He knows the market well, and knows his job inside and out. I would trust him to do due diligence in any matter, and can say it was a rewarding experience. Thanks so much Mike! You were awesome! ????

I am a mortgage officer and I have never met an agent as great as Mike. He is very responsive, knowledge, and goes above and beyond for his clients. Very responsive and usually picks up on the first ring. I really do wish every agent I dealt with was like Mike, it would make my job so much easier!
