The workers at Office Max are very polite, friendly and accommodating. However, the print quality is atrocious. The colors come out very dark and muted as they seem to be printed on a cheaper quality printer. If you need to print large format projects like posters or banners, the quality is not so bad. Not the greatest, as the colors are still not the best, but far better then any print job that comes out on their 8.5 x 11 inch standard printer. That is not the employees fault, that is the COMPANY'S fault for cutting corners and using cheaper quality printers for "smaller jobs".
GET BETTER COLOR PRINTERS, PLEASE!

Today, 4/1/24, I was at the register buying one box of Canon printer cartridges for $79.00, plus one ream of Office Max printer paper, which was on sale for $15 for two reams, but I only needed one. I asked how much the one ream was and he said $14.23, so I bought a second one for a total of $15. While he was ringing me out I had a conversation and he asked me why I didn't buy the Office Max brand of cartridges. I told him because it was $3 more. He said, "Nah, it's much cheaper." So he proceeded to pull a Canon box with an Office Max box and checked the price on his register. Sure enough, the store brand was $3 more. When I got home, I had the store brand of cartridges for $82, not the Canon brand for $79. He had switched what I wanted (Canon) for what he could get a commission off of (Office Max). Dirty. I went immediately back and returned everything advising them I would never return.

The staff at the print services dept is so knowledgable and helpful, every-time. I go out of my way to get to the Savage MN store where Scott and team provide excellent service. Thank you!

Walked in to the print center for assistance. The lady on the floor said she was covering down for the print center that was away from the counter. She was very rude and had no intention of understanding my requests. I will never patronize this place. Horrible experience!!
