Update: We trusted Preferred Pet Sitter again this month for a trip, and they are absolutely incredible! I had so much peace of mind to go on this trip, knowing Alysha, Shaylen, and the whole team would be caring for our beloved kitties. I looked forward to each update with cute photos of the cats, especially the videos of purring and the "action shots" of playtime!When we had a family emergency, we had to shift our previously-scheduled vacation into an emergency trip out of state with very little notice. Alysha and LeeAnna were so kind and flexible to move up our visits and even let us add on extra visits during our trip when something came up.Every interaction I have with Preferred Pet Sitter has been overwhelmingly positive. The administrative staff are responsive and flexible, and the pet sitters are friendly, kind, and thorough. I love the photos they send each visit of my kitties!I can't say enough good things about Preferred Pet Sitter. Knowing my cats were well cared for, including with additional dietary issues and twice daily medication, gave me the peace of mind I needed to take the trip. I'm so grateful for this amazing business that feels more like an incredibly professional and thoughtful neighbor who cares.

Preferred Pet Sitter is an amazing local company that will take care of you and your pets. They have cared for all of our pet needs that have arised with care and compassion. Alysha will take the time to go over all the details and how to provide the best care of your family members. Your pets do not have to go to a kennel with other unknown pets and can stay where they are comfortable in their homes, pet beds, yards, neighborhoods, etc. Alyshas' team at Preferred Pet sitter will take care of your family when you are not able. If only they took care of kids as well cuz then I could use them all the time :)

The Team at Preferred Pet are the BEST!!! With older pets that need meds daily, they truly are the only reason we can go on vacations again. They send daily updates, pictures, etc. They are so good with our girls, house, etc, they go above and beyond! THE BEST!!!!

I love the photos they send each visit of my kitties!One of my cats is a senior kitty who has strict dietary concerns and needs medication twice a day. The pet sitters were great with him, cajoling him to take his meds and making sure he only ate the approved food. That was quite the feat, considering the other two cats are on a different food and can be very shy.I can't say enough good things about Preferred Pet Sitter. Knowing my cats were well cared for, including with additional dietary issues and twice daily medication, gave me the peace of mind I needed to take the trip. I'm so grateful for this amazing business that feels more like an incredibly professional and thoughtful neighbor who cares.

I feel so lucky to have found Preferred Per Sitter! We have an older dog with medical needs and they take such amazing care of her when we are away!! Their staff is so devoted and I love that they keep us up to date on each visit! They are awesome!

We used Pet Sitter for the first time last weekend and they did a GREAT job and took care of our 2 cockatiels. Nothing better than having our birds able to stay in their own home where they are most comfortable. We thank you for your attentiveness and even watering my flowers while we were away. We even got pictures and updates of their visit. We WILL be using them again very soon!! ?

We have used preferred pet sitters several times for 2 of our dogs when we go out of town. We have a dog that has some special medical needs and the team at preferred pet sitters has always been so wonderful with taking care of her. We could not ask for anything better! I would recommend them to anyone.

We have used Preferred Pet Sitter for a couple years now and I don't know what we would do without them!! Our dog is 13 years old and wouldn't do well at a kennel or staying at someone's home. This allows her to stay in her comfort zone and get lots of attention from her favorite "sitters". We receive many cute photos and updates while we are gone and I always feel good about the care she gets while we are gone.

Our family recently used this service to care for our two dogs when we were out of town and will use them again for our next trip! Alysha is very responsive to all of our inquiries. We appreciated updates in the app with pictures during every visit. Alysha contacted us afterwards to see if we had feedback or anything we would like to see different. I honestly can't thing of any negative feedback. Love this service and Alysha's attentiveness to all of our requests!

We had Preferred Pet Sitter care for our two dogs over the weekend while we attended a wedding. One dog is a rescue dog who has challenges with new people in our home. The other is quite elderly with medications. This was not a problem as they have experience in such dogs. By the second day, the sitter had our rescue dog calm and interacting. We were so relieved, the daily care communication emailed to us was positive and she provided pictures of our dogs looking calm and happy! They ate very well, got a lot of attention and enjoyed their time outside. When we came home they looked right past us I am sure looking to see if the sitter was there ?. Thank you so much Preferred Pet Sitter we would highly recommend and will absolutely hire again .

I used Preferred Pet Sitter since May 2017 to take care of my cat on many occasions. The website is great, it makes scheduling and communication easy and fast. I got updates with pictures after every visit. I will definitely continue to use Preferred Pet Sitter, and highly recommend this business to other pet owners .
