We hired Restorations by Highmark to do our siding, and it was an absolute nightmare. The crew cut through our fiber internet line, forcing us to completely redig a new line to our home. They also damaged our patio furniture and dented our brand-new garage doors. While the company did eventually pay for the damages, the overall experience was incredibly frustrating.
Their communication is severely lacking—since the job was completed, we’ve discovered additional issues and have questions about our final bill, but no one will respond. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

From the first contact scoping the roof and skylight replacement to the final painting and clean up everyone at Highmark was friendly and professional. As with all such projects, issues arose. They always stood by their work ensuring that everything was done to my complete satisfaction. Plus, their pricing was fair, transparent and competitive. I would definitely hire Highmark Restorations again!

Les Steoklund and Karry Tierson always went the extra mile in making sure that our project would get completed on a timely manner. There were some unexpected delays outside of their control, they always kept us well informed and made efforts to accommodate us. Best project managers!!!

We went with Highmork for recent storm damage on our roof. Kyle made our project really easy, from communication with our adjuster to the final completion of the roof replacement. Definitely will consider them again for future projects when time comes.

I highly recommend Restorations by Highmark! When my basement flooded I didn’t even realize the extent of the damage and it became overwhelming in a hurry! I was faced with a lot of repairs and dealing with insurance (a totally foreign concept on my own with 2 teens and working full time!) Highmark helped me every step of the way. Their team was professional, communicative and talented. Bill was fast to come out and get the process started and navigate things with my adjuster. Lee was reassuring and provided updates along the way regarding cost and scheduling. Eric was absolutely amazing as the coordinator on the project- I really appreciated his communication daily, who was coming and when, and general timelines, etc. Brandon and Enrique did great work to replace walls, paint, and the carpentry- along with their subcontractors who did my flooring and plumbing! Once the ball got rolling, it all came together really fast and I love the work they did. While I hope you don’t need home repairs due to unforeseen circumstances or disasters, I do hope you check out Highmark to help you get through it. I’m really glad I did. Thank you!!!

Hands down the worst company I ever worked with. Single female, got talked down to, lied to. Cheated, lien plus interest when I held check to get roof done properly. J7st a bunch of thugs. Doors locked when I drove to company. Lie after lie. Save yourself from these thugs.

A quick summary of the 2 star rating: Jaime went above beyond trying to fix everything; however, the constant issues and end product leave much to be desired.
Our bathroom saga began roughly in March 2024. We had an incident that resulted in us having to get the bathroom torn out and reconstructed. This process finally just ended a few days ago at the time of writing. Needless to say it was much longer than we thought the entire process would take.
The mitigation process that Highmark did was fast and efficient. Afterwards we were left with a hole in our basement, to the dirt, for several months. We actually at one point had issues with our other toilet that required us to use the ripped up bathroom for a few days. Fortunately, the toilet was not disconnected, but we did have to use the bathroom next to a hole in the ground.
Finally in late June the repairing process began. Although they still had some more to rip out before they could properly begin. The deconstruction was not too much of a problem; however, they did have a no show event. Causing my wife and I to prepare extra early that day and call around until someone eventually responded. They were about 3 hours late that day. Additionally, they did leave a lot of debris around that had to be picked up and pointed out. Their cleanliness was not very high. On the last day/completion of project I was still handing Highmark pieces of dry wall that was left over and forgotten.
The re-build was where the worst part of our experience began. The subcontractor that Highmark hired and vetted was very unprofessional and did not do a great job. They would show up to our house randomly and without prior communication of their arrival. The subcontractor also sometimes would just not show up even though they gave us a time frame. Their lack of communication caused issues where they would work until 8 PM and it prevented our afternoon plans and forced us to cancel.
The quality of work was near abysmal for a professional. If we had not complained directly to Jaime/Highmark, these things would not have gotten fixed. Jaime personally fixed some of these issues and we are quite grateful to him. We had to get the painting fixed, the trim had to get fixed, the drain cut continues to look very unprofessional, and so many other issues. However, the biggest and most glaring disaster happened right at a possible end to this project.
The sub-contractor had damaged one of our pipes in the bathroom that caused a small leak. The subcontractor did not inform anyone initially that this happened and tried to mend it themselves (we guess). They did not state that anything had happened and ended their day on Friday. The following Monday, it was discovered that the leak had expanded and caused water damage to the flooring we just had put in and finished. This had to be ripped up and dried out. Restarting part of the process all over again.
This is where Highmark dropped the ball themselves. Highmark tried to play it nice by giving us a slight discount on the repairs for this new issue. Stating that we wouldn’t have to pay for the supplies, but we would have to pay for the labor. It was about to get more expensive, but we didn’t agree. The pipe that was stated to be broken and in need of repair was brand new. Not even 1 year old. My wife and I knew that it couldn’t have been our fault for this disaster. In the end, we were right. We had to go up the Highmark chain to get this fixed. Due to a lack of communication with the people that Highmark hired, they had no clue that the subcontractor had caused this damage and instead Highmark initially blamed us.
We are lucky that they listened to us and agreed to repair the damage at their expense. I don’t think we should ever have had that dispute in the first place, but that was just another thing we had to deal with for this project. Shortly after the initial subcontractor work we received a letter in the mai

We have a three season room that had very undesirable vinyl windows. Highmark replaced them with large Anderson windows. The windows opened the view and provided a low maintenance improvement for my three season room. The work was done professionally and the finished room is beautiful. The Highmark team, Bryan, Karry and Les were great to work with, making the project very enjoyable. I highly recommend Highmark.

Highmark did a fantastic job after our basement flooded. Dave and his crew of Alex, Ryan, Megan, Jeremy and Dylan were clean, professional, responsive and did a great job with the demo and drying of the damaged areas. We highly recommend them.
