This was my first time there. Wouldn't go back.Dropped vehicle off for a misfire, shop had misdiagnosed the problem and the fix. When I asked the mechanic about how he knew that was the issue, he seemed displeased that I questioned his work. Currently working with a different shop.

Exceptional customer service! I really recommend! Fair priced for any and all work needing repairs. Also a great place if you are needing to rent a spot to store any and all motorized vehicles, trailers, campers, and more!

After being recommended to this Auto Body Shop by a relative, I got into touch with the owner of the company, John. We had a salvage vehicle we were looking at selling due to the timing belt and potential piston damage. I asked John if he would take a look at salvaging it out or selling as is. After inspecting the vehicle, John called a couple salvage yards and told me we could get $850 for salvaging it out. John also said he might be interested in purchasing himself for the same price. He knew this was a salvage vehicle. After my son had the vehicle towed to the shop and he went to collect payment, John refused to pay my son more than $450, nearly half the agreed upon price. In addition to this, John was apparently very "rude" to my son, although more colorful language was used to describe his demeanor.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Okay, I got my first car just over a year ago and I have been to multiple shops with it. Rob's has the HIGHEST quality services for the price, literally unbeatable. Their level of customer care is phenomenal, and the willingness of the mechanics to sit down and discuss a problem with those willing to listen is remarkable. Lifelong customer for sure, and anyone that sees this PLEASE CONSIDER SWITCHING TO ROB'S AUTO! BEST DECISION I HAVE MADE FOR MY CAR HANDS DOWN!
