We came here the other day and was so disappointed with the way we were treated!! Ordered tacos in the restaurant part of the store. Was approached by a male who took our order. We paid, and went back into the grocery section to pay for our other items. Took maybe 10 minutes. When I came back, I stood at the end and waited. And waited. I waited so long I actually looked up from my phone and realized they weren’t cooking any food???? So there was a lady who is white as a ghost and elderly who is a cook, she looked at me and put gloves on and started to cook my tacos. Okay, fine. Thanks. When she put the box of tacos on the counter, I asked her what one of your fresh drinks was. She rolled her eyes, stated the drink, and started to walk away. I asked her if I could have a medium one. She snatches a cup up and slams it on the counter, rolls her eyes again and pours the drink. I politely tell her no thanks and leave. The attached picture is what I was served when I had got to my car. I had not tipped the box or anything. This is literally the way she prepared my food and handed it to me. I can’t imagine what would make someone so angry they’d knowingly and willingly throw some crap like this together and serve it to someone.

TERRIBLE SERVICE IN THE STORE IN THIS LOCATION. THEY MAKE A BAD FACE AT THE CHECKOUT AND THEY CAN'T ASK THEM TO MAKE A CHANGE BECAUSE THEY GET ANNOYED AND SAY THEY CAN'T DO IT. IN THE SYSTEM YOU CAN DELETE AND REDO OR CHANGE SOMETHING.

I go to this supermercado when its laundry day. I love the pan dulce. Their variety is good. The people for the most part are ok. They look at other people with judgement too much. As if you don't belong there. The older woman at the taqueria is a very poor example of good customer service. She is very sour and judgmental. I ordered 2 fajita plates and one enchiladas plate. I asked for double beans and no rice on one plate and she gave me double rice. I also ordered a large horchata and she forgot to give it to me. When I asked for it, she rolled her eyes and was not happy about having to bother with it. Such a pain in the ass.

If you ever need to cook Mexican foods, this small Mexican grocery store carries most of the items you will need. Plenty of parking space with easy access to the main highway.

My review is of the supermarket. I can’t comment on the restaurant.
No prices on most products so they can charge what they wish.
Cashier was very rude. When the cashier walked to the register she said that my wife (caucasian) needed to go to the end of the line. My wife was the first one there. Cashier refused to help my wife. The other people who then started to join the line were helped first. Then when my wife got to the checkout again the cashier said the line started at the other end and my wife was at the end. When the cashier finally helped my wife she looked at her phone rudely instead of ringing her items. When my wife took out the credit card the cashier rudely said, “this is cash only” and started to take the items off the belt. My wife said “I have cash. I still want the items”.
I would chalk it up to one employee’s actions but after reading through other reviews this doesn’t seem like an isolated incident. I urge that you take your business to any other market and do not support businesses with these kind of practices.

The taqueria has good food and there are very good products of Latin origin in the store, which is nice to have them within reach...now, the bad thing is the butcher shop staff, there is a man who is about 55 or 60 years older or Unless he really doesn't know how to serve people. I approached him to ask how much a side of ripe plantains cost, and he ignored me.
He was more concerned with throwing the dogs at another client who is close to that area than with serving me...customer service and hospitality is important and that takes its toll in the long run. A good morning, you're welcome, or a smile makes a difference...there's no need to be pedantic, I'm going to buy, not get a gift.

For the first time I wanted to try an ice cream in this place and I really left very disappointed and especially with a bad taste in the mouth of the lady who is serving in this area, I went to another Michoacan and I really liked their service...

Lots of Hispanic products and bakery items, such as pan dulce etc. Most employees speak little to no English, which is a minus for people that can't speak Spanish.

The truth is that I am very disappointed in the person who serves the ice creams and juices. He is a very rude person and they always have a bitter lemon face. Those types of people should be put in the warehouse and not in a store where people occupy one. Person who has charisma. And be kind when they say thank you, I responded out of politeness DENADA
