The morning I rented the truck for my move into an apartment was when one of the gentlemen started the truck early to defrost & warm it up. This small but kind gesture started my day out energized and ready to tackle a stressful move head-on! Overall, the quality of this U-Haul location is excellent and the staff provides a great service to what otherwise would be a stressful thing to go through; moving.”

They have always given me the utmost service and never had an issue with any of the vehicles(I'm nearly on a first name basis here due to my numerous times I've rented here ?). I've rented from other rental dealers and either the vehicle was beat up or left me nervous about if was going to break down on me, or I was overcharged for "fees" or the price of the rental itself. Here at Avis/Budget, I feel confident in driving any vehicle I rent.”

Later, when I realized that the pin I provided was threaded, I asked him for a solution for ease in taking the rack on and off. He reamed out the bar on the rack to make it work nicely. “The manager and staff at this location are very friendly and helpful. I ship items often because I have family members in 5 different states. This is the only Budget Truck store I will visit.”
“We arrived without an appointment late in the day and were told we could camp overnight and could have power if we wanted it. They got our 1958 bus into the shop and sorted thru undocumented wiring to find and fix an issue, getting us back on the road around noon. Not cheap, but great service and really nice staff.”

“Uhaul has gone to a mostly self-service/self-checkout model. This has some advantages, of course, such as returning equipment after business hours. And some people really would just rather do it themselves. They do offer the service to pick up at the office.However, you have to go searching for your own truck once they give you the keys. It doesn't seem like too much to ask to have a customer service person at least ask if you would like them to locate the truck for you to make that process a bit more user friendly. This would be especially helpful if the truck is parked in a difficult-to-get to location.It would be very appreciated if the truck were at least moved to an easily accessible place such as the office parking lot before the customer arrives to pick it up. As it is, the trucks are just parked wherever they were last placed and it's up to the customer to go find them in the lower parking lot and drive them out of that rather crowded parking area. A little bit of customer service in this regard could really go a long way.”

“This place has been our go to rental center for awhile now for floor sanders and fast propane refills. Always have what we need with fast service provided by a group of awesome people. Major THANK YOU and shout out to JASON for my most recent visit. Got out of the truck to return the sander and happened to lock my keys in vehicle. Jason took it upon himself to grab his locksmith kit and spend a good half hour helping me get back in and on the road which was a huge lifesaver and is greatly appreciated for him to do that going above and beyond expectations and job description.
