Shipped 2 packages 1 ground 1 priority and the ground 1 showed up 3 days earlier than expected the priority one on the other hand is 3 days late now and when I bring this up I get told shipping times aren't guaranteed oh but they'll still take my money for the priority shipping though. What a scam the government run mail system needs to be dismantled so companies like ups or FedEx can take over.

Nice and quick service, all post offices look the same inside at least, the exterior is nicely built and designed. The service was also premier.

Crazy. All these people leaving angry reviews and don't even realize that their real ire should be directed at the Burnsville PO. Burnsville is awful and responsible for our deliveries (or lack thereof), not Savage.

Run around on automated ( phone) can't get an agent to speak to. Usps said they can't deliver do to " animal interference ". There are NO "ANIMALS" in my neighborhood that are not leashed or fenced! Notice says pick up at Savage PO between 9-5. Nope, they don't open until 10. I call to make sure my package isn't sent to Burnsville and can NOT get assistance! I am BEYOND FRUSTRATED!

They did not scan my order on purpose. I am going to talk to Postmaster and my local Postmaster and let them know there is a scam scheme going on!

NO GENERAL DELIVERYAs noted above there is no General Delivery to this location, it will probably be sent to Burnsville. The USPS website hasn't been updated to reflect that this is a retail location and not technically a Post Office.

I went to the Savage post office Feb. 8 to send a handmade Valentine to the kids. Wrong postage was put on and they were returned. The Sympathy and Birthday cards sent that have not arrived at their destination either. They don't answer the phone.

For those complaining about missed deliveries... Burnsville has been delivering your mail for several years now, not Savage. Give Burnsville 1*. The guys at Savage are great!

Horrible, packages always late, when the put on their website "package needs to be picked up at carrier facility" I go in, its super slow and then they don't even have it says its out for delivery when they already came today and it wasn't delivered

Couldn't tell you how many times they miss deliveries. Good luck getting through to talk to anyone about where your packages are. If it's the weekend, might as well expect any scheduled deliveries to not come until the following week. The reviews obviously fall on deaf ears. Zero accountability.
