Walgreens corporate needs to get it together. They closed down a bunch of local stores and now everyone is forced to go here.
The poor employees are getting beat up. I shouldn't have to stand in line for 20 minutes and then talk about my prescriptions with two random people literally 12 inches away from me on both sides.
They forced this store into a terrible customer experience. It's actually pretty pathetic. I'd recommend driving to a different pharmacy. It's not anyone's fault but whoever decided to close all these stores.

Came and waited 40 minutes in line yesterday for them to tell my my prescription wouldn't be ready until the next day. Came back today and waited 40 minutes in line just for them to tell my it won't be ready until tomorrow. Little frustrating.

1. They gave my son the wrong immunization. 4 people looked at this and no one noticed until after it was done.
2. The pharmacy has become a mess. Sitting in line at the drive up for 15 mins without anyone moving.
I don’t know what happened to this place but it has gone to crap.
I will be moving my prescriptions somewhere else for sure!

Can you PLEASE have people who need to call insurance have consults come inside?? Waiting 35+ min to just grab something straight forward (yes, I called ahead to get Qs answered, as they could have) It’s maddening even to have a line late at night

The pharmacy here is the worst one i’ve ever been to. You want a hour in line for them to tell you your meds are out of stock. Then you ask for them to request a refill from your doctor a month in advance so it’s ready and they never sent it and tell you to wait longer? I schedule a vaccine appointment and they fail to tell me they’re out of the vaccine. The past 3 times i’ve gone they’re out of meds. Maybe order more? It’s not that hard to work. The workers are rude as well. If you hate your job then leave but don’t take it out on people trying to get healthy.

Always so busy impossible to talk to anybody also told me prescription would be ready in 30 minutes went in a hour still not ready so I said I would stop back in a hour went back not ready will be in 20 or 30 minutes I said I will get it next day called next day to make sure it is ready message said they will call when it’s ready guess what never called will try later today unbelievable

The line to get prescriptions has gotten pretty long since the other Walgreens. Down on Glendale has closed. But overall it is a good store.
