I walked in to open a student checking for my daughter. Was told no banker available when clearly there were two standing around. No effort was made to help any further and very dismissive. I drove down the street and chase opened a student account for us in less than 20 minutes of walking in.After 18 years of banking @wells FargoTaking my bizz to chase will close all of my accounts.

I did a deposit for work like I do every week and never have I had to show an ID. It's a deposit not withdrawal nor did I need cash back. The teller insisted I show an ID. I asked for manager and Jackie came to window. She said yes I need an ID. Why all of a sudden for a work deposit do I need to show an ID? That's ridiculous! I'm putting money in an account not taking out.I did not have an ID so they refused my deposit. Then she had the nerve to say.... So your driving without an ID? Very inappropriate! My ID was at work. I was doing a quick bank run. I will be taking this issue to a higher up manager.

I had a really rough morning and got really frustrated because I answered a question wrong on My email from Wells Fargo about a transaction, they shut my card down which means I had to go to Wells Fargo to take the money out to pay my bill and I was really aggravated and walked in and told the teller I wanted to close my account. I was greeted by the sweetest teller and not only that but I think she may be the manager, It was a dark haired lady in a pink suit. Had the most upbeat. Amazing jolly happy personality. She just kind of made me giggle inside and she turned my entire day around. It really is important to try and put your best foot for it because you never know what kind of a day somebody is having around!! Wells Fargo rocks!!! Ps I did not close my account ☺️

Never open, never answer their phone. I am half a mile away from this branch and always end up having to go to either burnsville or prior lake location because there's no hope of reaching this branch.

Great bank. I've been a wells Fargo customer for almost 15 years now and have not been disappointed compared to other banks with all financial headache of resolving my issues, wells Fargo has always assisted in great matter this is bank I look forward to sticking with until I retire great choice I stick with only one bank.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced by a banking institution. Wells Fargo is continuing with their preditory fees despite there “re-establish” campaign after getting caught a few years ago. “Dirty Money” on Netflix that did a episode about Wells Fargo aligned with what we experienced today. Closing our account with them after 9 years of loyalty. USAA here we come.

I would highly recommend not getting a loan from Wells Fargo. They don't even follow their own policies for loan approval. I have good credit and was told by a banker that I should be approved for a loan only to be denied even though I meet their criteria for approval. Don't waste your time and energy going here.

we have been waiting almost three weeks for a response on our business loan from this Branch every other Branch we've dealt with has been fantastic. I've called and left five messages I've even been in the store twice I've even had this idiot tell me that he'll call me the next day but he never does. Just don't go to this branch.

Every simgle time i go there to deposit checks en masse, an employee named Caleb finds issues every single time. Even today, at the counter, instead of letting me stamp my checks for deposit,(which 4 or 5 others have if Id forgotten to do it prior) he steps in and takes it away (from the teller helping me) and tells how otgers are wrong...which they may be...but theyre personable and sociable. He is machine-like with zero flexibility...literally...each time I come in he finds an issue...none of which have other branches called me on

This bank sucks!!! Huge!! It's the worst. The teller was a young dark haired dude who clearly was not interested in helping anyone. The girl ahead of me left pissed and I wanted to scream at him when it was my turn. Quit if you don't want to work. I am not at all interested in what you can't do. Tell me what you can do and make me want to stay because you make me want to leave Wells Fargo. Step it up and shine don't be a dick. I give a lot of reviews and most are good but Wells Fargo you should know how the employee at the savage branch was lazy and embarrassing. I wish I got his name because he was that bad. I spent less than 5 seconds with him and his negative attitude was so apparent I just walked out. I think he got off on being a jackass. You win or maybe not.

Employees at this location had no idea what they were doing. From the teller who took 17 minutes to pay off my loan, which she still told me she didn't know if she did it correctly, to the Banker who also had no idea what a lein release was, I'd say this was my best experience yet with Wells Fargo. Focus on training your employees rather than illegally opening accounts. Thankfully the Banker told me to call Wells 1-800 number in order to get my questions answered.
